The place is falling apart and is in dire need of repairs!
But it has it's charm, a lighthouse on top of a derelict, dusty, soviet building

I didn't expect there a house and hostel.

The picture was taken from inside the staircase. We couldn't access the lighthouse. It is under the jurisdiction of the navy but there was nobody there when we arrived. The locals didn't know how to get in touch with the key keeper
