Hotel Tarlan in Aktau

Don't like this place. Price is not equal to service that they give.

All contact methods are completely unreachable.

There's zero soundproofing, so you can't rest or get a good night's sleep. The rooms are small.

It's a pity for you to give 1 star yourself, the 3 receptionist is incompetent, very rude, doesn't know how to talk to people, especially the person inside doesn't greet them at all, we booked 2 rooms on 28.07.2025 and paid 50% of the money and warned them that we would go on 30.07.2025 at night, we told them that we had children, but when we went that day, 2 rooms were not ready, we waited for them for 30-40 minutes, we were still tired, we paid the remaining 50% right away, why did we book the full 3 days and pay 50% of the money??? They didn't warn us that the bedspread was paid, when we called and talked, they said we wrote on WhatsApp that we would pay 🤦‍♂️ Don't call and tell us such information, it's better now, when we told the receptionist, the day we came, she said it was fine, we will make a concession for free until today, she said 2000 tenge for one bedspread, we agreed that it was fine, 2 days later she jumped back on her words, saying I didn't say that 🤦‍♂️ and the next day the big receptionist who came said 5000 tenge, if you still don't like it, you can leave and leave the hotel, who was she who said you should leave??? It's a shame, the inside is very dirty, it smells bad, the blankets and towels are not washed properly, the bathroom fan doesn't work, in general, the hotel's staff is rude and irresponsible, very bad, like people found on the street 🤡👎👎👎 By the way, one of the 2 folding beds had a mattress that was really dirty, the springs were sticking out, and I didn't feel ashamed to charge 5000 tenge🤣🤦‍♂️
