A hotel front desk that knows nothing about its own hotel 🥰 — truly an excellent hotel.
The basic facilities in the room were extremely poor. The refrigerator was broken. The TV looked like an antique from a hundred years ago. There wasn’t even a hair dryer in the bathroom — I had to go to the front desk to ask for one.
Overall, the experience was very bad.
The staff is really friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean, with good views and enough plugs to charge your stuff.
The bathroom has hot shower. The WiFi works good. On every floor there is free water. The included breakfast is ok (for me it was not enough).
You better go to resort zones in suburbs such as Tree of Life, Tethys Blu Park and Stigl-20minutes by car.
