Lived in hotel for 2 days. Checked in in the night, on arrival it turned out that the TV in the room, no, in the morning I informed the reception about it. Daytime TV set, but forgot the remote to it, and this was mentioned the following morning. What a reply was received that the remote will bring. In the evening on arrival in the room the console is not found. The room lost apples prenesenie me. Housekeeping Manager instead of apologies, tried to make it my fault that her cleaners had removed the apples.

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. On a solid C grade. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars. But water treatments failed to treat myself, so the rating in this part does not give.

Great room, good atmosphere and competent speakers. But the food is lame...

The rooms are great, comfortable accommodation and wonderful breakfasts in the morning. Housekeeping to be carried out is not the best way, was in the 2 different places I noticed the dirt and debris in the room (the packages in the table, candy wrappers behind the bedside cupboard and dust all over the bed), the bathroom didn't have soap and shampoo. Everything else was very cool. There are 2 lifts, which is very good.

Well, the hotel wants to appear cool, but broken furniture, disorganized staff and the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The interior is described by one word "to bohato" all these cheap gold chandeliers, well, just wanted to be cool, but it turned out as always. There is a swimming pool, various steam rooms and the gym, too, so prepare yourself. In General, sometimes worse, but the stars in the sky is not enough.
