Great experience all around

The service was perfect, especially the girls at reception, who were very kind when I needed to check out. 😊
The drain in the room wasn't working properly, but the air conditioning was perfect. It's a shame there wasn't a balcony, it would have been great otherwise.

I'll try to be as constructive as possible. We booked a deluxe room for a couple.

Pros:
1. Good air conditioning

2. Pleasant lobby

3. 90% of the time, there was someone at reception available for assistance (we asked for extra slippers and they provided them).

4. The breakfast included and its variety was also a plus. The food quality is average, but for something to eat and to run errands, it's perfectly acceptable.

5. The TV in the room is wonderful. It's connected to the internet and has the most popular video hosting sites (from Netflix to VK videos). I had to get closer to turn it on because I couldn't get it out of bed, but the rest of the controls could be operated while lying down.

6. A fairly large and pleasant room.

7. 2 mirrors in the room + one in the bathroom.

8. 3 light switches in the room: master, central, and night.

9. Hairdryer in the bathroom.

10. Smoking room on the same floor of the hotel. A big + for that.

11. Reasonably priced.

Cons:

1. Unfriendly reception staff. They're just doing their job.

2. Difficult-to-clean stains on the carpet + a burn hole in one chair.

3. They only give out one key card. This is inconvenient for two people.

4. We ran out of toilet paper by the morning. There wasn't a second one in the room.

5. A gap under the door. It's large, and you can hear all conversations in the hallway through it, and you will be able to hear them too. Not a deal-breaker, but it might be important to some.

6. Many rooms to the right of the entrance are unpleasantly located next to a gym. Loud music on the floor below + noise from morning until late evening.
