Hotels with pool in Shymkent

From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful

Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional

The accommodation is top notch! The rooms are quite cool. There is a buffet and there is also karaoke bar, bar, several shops and a SPA. And there's a pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and snow room

Rixos Khadisha Shymkent place combines the charme of a vintage hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet environment.

They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing. I would like to give special thanks to Mr

A nice and modern hotel with comfortable beds and a clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast — it was tasty, though slightly on the expensive side

Front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and nice.

Nice hotel near the city center. Polite staff and pleasant interior.

The swimming pool was also lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere

Very close to the city center, great location.

2 things - (1) should have fly screen, to avoid mosquito. Room can be quite warm even in late November. (2) Stayed in different rooms on different week. Both times, the bar fridge isn’t cold

The room is clean, the swimming pool is large, and the overall feeling is very comfortable. It is more cost-effective to book on Ctrip

Amazing location and authentic traditional Kazak food with kazak music. Great experience.

Nice and cozy. Clean comfortable rooms. But very simple breakfast

Great service. Management - space!

Good alternative to Rixos. Rooms bit aged 😬 Halal Hotel = no alcohol at all 😅

The hotel is beautiful, but empty. Was karaoke. Fun. The kitchen is average.

Quite far from the airport and not many places around it! Breakfast is great though!! Well, okay to stay for a night

The room is large, clean and tidy. The waiter service is very good. The room also extended the check-out for four hours free of charge. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The watermelon I bought was also cut for me

The hotel is located in the center of Shymkent, literally 10 minutes from the Mega Planet, and the entire center of Shymkent is at your disposal. The hotel itself is very cozy inside, in the English style

Great hotel to stay! Everywhere is clean, modern, good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Rooms are well equiped, confortable to work, if needed. Daily clearance in the room with almost full refreshing.

A very decent hotel with a convenient location. Delicious cuisine, clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and punctual service. We were passing through from Seoul and were left with a good impression.

The hotel has a great location; it's very convenient to take a taxi to the station or city attractions. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, and all the basic amenities are provided

I really liked the hotel The staff is polite The rooms are original in their design A whole range of services: bath, sauna, massage, etc. Location away from the central streets in a quiet place 5 stars definitely)

The location is quiet and close to the city center, and the rooms are particularly large and spacious. The price is also very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful

The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the price

Everting is not good but generally is good. Better than other otels. Price is not expensive

Fantastic hotel with good breakfast.

We didn't expect that, Shymkent city and people was good. Our Hotel Receptionist Miss Louisa was very Helpful and professional. I recommend all to book this hotel and enjoy the stay and service from Professional staff

Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties

I'm very apreciated about the Tourist Hotel service for cleaning my room and breakfast at bed ;0) My room had brand new interier. So quiet place with nice view and lot of space for rest and living.

Very nice people working at the hotel. In the process of a complete renovation. Would recommend if passing through shymkent.

I really appreciate to Miss Louisa

Don't look outside because its a old property but they have completely upgraded the rooms, overall average experience with value for money

Free World Class Fitness and swimming pool visit for guests. Take your swimming suite. 🏊

The service was perfect, especially the girls at reception, who were very kind when I needed to check out. 😊 The drain in the room wasn't working properly, but the air conditioning was perfect

excellent hotel, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff and spacious rooms, excellent fitness room, swimming pool! we liked everything! Thank you

It's a shame there wasn't a balcony, it would have been great otherwise

I liked the hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and good service.

I had to get closer to turn it on because I couldn't get it out of bed, but the rest of the controls could be operated while lying down. A fairly large and pleasant room. 2 mirrors in the room + one in the bathroom

This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen, with strong security, freshness of food, gym for physical fitness, alcoholic beverages to enjoy, beautiful scenic surroundings, safe water swimming pool, and experienced staff

Whether you are here with your family, on business, or simply want to relax, this hotel will be the most modern and stylish for you

The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey

An excellent institution, we always go there with pleasure, only the price of a barbecue is frustrating, it would be the same as before the pandemic, there would be no price at all, otherwise a good institution

Great cozy hotel in the center. The only negative - the Breakfast is prepared, portioned, and if not booked in advance, need to wait. Otherwise, a very good idea, nice classic interior

Very nice boutique feel to this hotel in Shymkent and has a garden area. Nice Roos and clean and stayed here in double for the equivalent of £24

Nice hotel with good prices)service at 5.

Beautiful interior, clean and cozy room

All super.the hotel is excellent

Doesn't have water on rooms for free, if you take it from mini bar you have to pay for it. On the second hand, generally it's a good hotel

The TVs are just for show. There's no external antenna, and the smart TV doesn't work.

Hotel near firma Ernies, was not inside can not say anything.

Continental breakfast very good too. It's very convenient, the offer an early check-in as we arrived very early at Shymkent Airport but you'll have to leave at the same hour the next day

Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market

It's quite clean and comfortable. I stayed there for 3 consecutive days. The breakfast variety is relatively rich. There are restaurants nearby.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and sanitary! The air conditioner is a bit old

The hotel is well located in the middle, with good big size rooms.

It is just across from the Grand Bazaar, and there is a bus transfer station downstairs, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is old-fashioned and just average.

I was comfortable and relaxed here, and that goes double after having roughed it for hours in a marshrutka going to and from Türkistan. The only con I can think of: the location is not what you’d call ideal

A great small hotel with good prices. The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. Breakfast is simple and doesn't offer much choice, but it's delicious

The pros: friendly, accommodating staff, who can help you even if you know only basic Russian or Kazakh; one of the more comfortable beds you may come across in Kazakhstan; some excellent amenities, including a soft bathrobe of all things; one of the best showers at this price range in Central Asia; beautiful, potentially house-made ceramic artwork that makes the whole place feel especially cozy; and...

That said, it’s only about 150 meters to the nearest bus stop; after some Google translating and/or semaphore, the staff will arrange a taxi for you; and Uber, technically speaking, has a presence in Shymkent, even if said presence is nascent

If you’re staying in Shymkent, you’re probably coming from or going to Tashkent, the national parks, or Türkistan. I can’t think of a better place to go back to or land at than Totem

Big clean rooms. Good price, nice food. Only issue is slightly far from city but that reflects the price. Good stay.

Clean, cozy, affordable, I liked everything, a suite for 15,000 per night, breakfast included, simple but delicious – porridge, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and tea. The room itself is neat, a little tired, but overall fine

This is my second year staying there. I used to stop staying there because it was cold and dirty, but recently I had to because I was tired of looking for an apartment

The parking lot is secure and the check-in is easy, the admin is incredibly polite, and overall, it's just perfect for a good night's sleep and then moving on

There's a hairdryer, toiletries, robes, and slippers. Two bottles of water in the room

I was pleasantly surprised that it's warm, cozy, and clean again

The shower drain is poorly functioning, and it takes a very long time for the water to drain. The receptionist, Altyn, sometimes reacts irritably to guests' perfectly reasonable requests

It's good that we drove to the neighboring Mankent sanatorium and bought sweets, fruit, nuts, wet wipes. Regarding cleaning: It should be daily! Not just once every five days! This really ruined my mood!

I really liked it! The treatment was excellent. The cuisine was top-notch. The only downside is the line for treatments, but that's not a big deal. I wish the sanatorium continued prosperity.

There are excursions to Tashkent and Turkestan Swimming pool for adults and children, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi. Unfortunately, mineral water was not suitable for me because I had gallstones

There is a large swimming pool with mineral water and a sauna, which is open every day except Monday. But it is advisable to undergo a preliminary examination before arrival so that the treatment can be more targeted

Unlike other sanatoriums, herbal teas are not given out by 100 ml, but you can drink as much as you want. Oxygen cocktail - I have never tried anything tastier! The food is delicious, satisfying, varied

This is my first time here, I was able to adequately evaluate the service, the services offered, the course of treatment, everything is very cool, civilized, competent, professional, excellent specialists, favorable environment, which is important when relaxing and receiving treatment, the kitchen pleasantly surprises, everything is delicious, swimming pool, gym hall, cultural program, everyone likes...

Everyone else was healthy, but I ordered Lagman. Maybe the cook forgot to wash my hands. oh well, in that case I always have pills that help me. We didn't go into the pool, the water was cold and a little cloudy

Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower, and suddenly the water went out. I had to get out of the shower. They said they turned on the children's pool and that's why the water was turned off

My friends and I went to explore some interesting routes and stayed at this recreation area. One large room with a bed and a hallway area with a hard sofa. Overall, I liked it, except for a few points

The refrigerator didn't work, and we didn't even notice until the food spoiled. Well, and the last thing, I got food poisoning after dinner. Maybe some virus got onto my plate

Most likely because we arrived off-season. we'll give you a discount for that =) The cost of half a cabin is 40,000 tenge

An incredibly beautiful and soulful place. If heaven were possible on earth, it would be exactly like this!
