Hotels in Shymkent

Rixos Khadisha Shymkent place combines the charme of a vintage hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet environment.

Sulu is the best who work in Rixos hotel She helped me twice a day and I would like to thanks the hotel and the stuff. A great place to stay in. Sulu is the best who work in Rixos hotel She helped me twice a day and I would like to thanks the hotel and the stuff. A great place to stay in.

Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional. From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful. Food and beverage were very tasteful and...

Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was always friendly especially reception girls Adema and Dilnoz, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing . I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mustafa from the staff for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he truly made my stay more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team...

Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby. The accommodation is comfortable, in the morning before departure we had breakfast wrapped up with us, friendly staff and good rooms, I recommend

Lovely place right in the centre

Very good location. Quite reasonable price for a4 star hotel, at least during winter. Near to shymkent plaza. Eating at the Kazakh restaurant next to the hotel is a must,!! Delicious and affordable. I recommend you to stay here!

Workable place and good breakfest after long routw. Price is also comfortable

Love the room. Big and spacious. The location is great too.

Gayet güzeldi. Fiyat performans oteli. Aktarmamız sırasında konakladık ve memnun kaldık.

Front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and nice.

Nice hotel near the city center. Polite staff and pleasant interior.

Very close to the city center, great location.

Would be helpful if front service staff are knowledgeable in local information, ie places of interest and local restaurants.

2 things - (1) should have fly screen, to avoid mosquito. Room can be quite warm even in late November. (2) Stayed in different rooms on different week. Both times, the bar fridge isn’t cold. Had Luke warm drinks, not good!

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very clean, and the staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, the bed was large, and the location was good. It's a short walk to a pedestrian street and shopping mall, and there are many coffee shops nearby. The hotel staff on the first floor work until 3 AM. The front desk helped call a taxi to the airport; the service was very friendly.

Great hotel in great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and cozy. If you want a hotel from which you can easily explore the city then you definitely have to stay at Aidana Plaza Hotel.

The suite is quite comfortable and is a good value hotel in Kazakhstan. It is in the city center. Turn left and walk along the sidewalk after leaving the hotel. Do not cross the road. Turn left and there is a good restaurant. The name is in the third picture. It is not listed in reviews and TripAdvisor. It is a halal restaurant. The taste is very good and the price is touching. It is not easy for two...

Everything was good, but I want to mention the cuisine in the restaurant! The pike perch was cooked wonderfully!

Excellent location, within walking distance of shopping centers, shops, restaurants, water park. Huge comfortable room with spacious bathroom and work area. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. Breakfasts are excellent, very tasty. Good soundproofing - we lived opposite the elevator, but it is almost inaudible. The staff is friendly and polite.

Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

İt is a great place to have emotional times . Eonderful friendly staff

nice hotel with a friendly staff and a good breakfast

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE~ Large and clean room, nice staff and breakfast!

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you

I had a checkout before breakfast, and they packed me a lunchbox 👍 Nice big room, quiet floo

There's a sports club (football) outside. People were kicking a ball and yelling until 11 p.m. Sound is good. The hotel itself is clean and fairly new. The food is 5+. Overall, we were satisfied (one-night stay).

We arrived at the hotel late at night. We had no problems with our late check-in; we were able to check in within 5 minutes. The room was clean, and there was water and tea. Breakfast was included in our reservation. Everything was delicious, and the coffee was excellent.🙌

Very nice spacious room. Good location, new and clean inside. We liked it and will come back again.

The rooms were clean, and the location wasn't too far from the city center, which was a good deal. It seemed like most everything was within a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Only a few staff members spoke English, but if everyone spoke English, communication would have been easier. Also, the room organization time was a bit slow. Note for long-term stayers! +There's a pub in front of the hotel, and the...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with some things: *The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it to the reception, but they didn't solve the problem, they didn't even offer to change the room. *The breakfasts weren't impressive, the choice and taste left much to be desired. *The coffee wasn't tasty, it was hard to tell if it was because of the milk or...

Good hotel, clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient and easy to find.

Excellent hotel, wonderful breakfast, top-notch service, everyone is friendly and will help with any questions! Thank you very much, we will stay with you again.

The environment is great and the transportation is convenient.

It was excellent, except the front desk was a bit slow.

Room space is good Cleanliness: So-so Service: Good

Good quality/price. Location good. Everything is new. Staff is very helpful.

A very beautiful and cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Convenient location, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. I'm very glad I chose this hotel.

Although there is a language barrier, they use translation software to communicate at the front desk. The service is very thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the price is not expensive!

A really cool place. I always try to stay at this hotel when in Shymkent. The staff is very friendly.

This brand new hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Cleaning is daily, and the staff is friendly, especially the receptionist, Aruzhan Userbek, who is very pleasant and helpful. Overall, everything was calm and cozy.

This place felt like you were on the Squid Games set! Very cool hostel and very good value. Unfortunately it was pretty quiet when I was there but it has some good desk space for co-working and a lounge area to watch movies. I have a dorm all to myself for 10$ so that was great too

Motorcycle safe and secure parking. Parking on the backside of Hostel, a bit tricky to find at first. You basically just follow the street alongside the entrance, drive right, and right again, and then right into a parking space, and then left into a secluded gated parking space. Be aware not to mix the City Hostel with the City Hotel. Both their entrances are on the same street and near to each...

I stayed at dorm 303 where the AC's highest temp is 25 and the body odor of my roommates is just all over. The toilet room floor tends to get messy after one takes shower because they do not have mats. For some reason, devices won't connect to the wifi immediately. Was working on the common area. Coin laundry is also available.

Second night here now, but I might stay longer. It's a very well-kept hostel with helpful staff. Decor is colorful. Location is great. Price is 5,000 tenge for a dorm bed, and you may end up with a private room if no one comes. Very happy to stay here. They provide lockers, towels, and slippers.

Rahmet Zhanerki (aka JJ) at reception: welcoming & cheery & informative. Curious - yet very convenient - location inside the central mall, then up the stairs to this very colourful hostel, quiet & spacious with comfy dorm, decent clean toilet facilities & ok kitchenette. WiFi fine. Good security. Really great value choice for a stop in Shymkent.

It is the best, best BEST HOSTEL, I have ever seen, discovered, experienced in my life. It is more then a hotel. They have like 4-5 Star Hotel services :) First of all, Hostel location is very good. It is in the center and near by Bus Station. I just made my reservation via *********** in the night and I was so suprised When i arrived to hostel. It is in very quality, luxurt kind of shopping mall-avenue...

Amazing location and authentic traditional Kazak food with kazak music. Great experience.

Good alternative to Rixos. Rooms bit aged 😬 Halal Hotel = no alcohol at all 😅

The room is clean, the swimming pool is large, and the overall feeling is very comfortable. It is more cost-effective to book on Ctrip

Great hotel with great view. Stayed for a week and experienced nothing less than perfect.

Nice and cozy. Clean comfortable rooms. But very simple breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, but empty. Was karaoke. Fun. The kitchen is average.

A very decent hotel with a convenient location. Delicious cuisine, clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and punctual service. We were passing through from Seoul and were left with a good impression.

Quite far from the airport and not many places around it! Breakfast is great though!! Well, okay to stay for a night

It was especially delicious, a hearty breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The environment and service were both good, and the suites were very spacious.

The hotel has a great location; it's very convenient to take a taxi to the station or city attractions. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The room is large, clean and tidy. The waiter service is very good. The room also extended the check-out for four hours free of charge. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The watermelon I bought was also cut for me. Thank you.

The room is big and clean. Staff can speak in English

Very clean and tidy. Breakfast isn't great, but it's okay.

The room was very spacious, with high-end amenities. The hotel offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was Russian-style, with a wide variety. The only drawback was the lack of tissues in the room. After a guest made a suggestion, the front desk staff immediately delivered tissues to the room. Kudos to them.

Clean, well-equipped, nice environment, and attentive service. The room is large and the breakfast is rich.

The parking lot is large, and there are Chinese guests staying here. With 36 rooms, the Chinese-Malaysian couple was able to snag some free food and lodging. The Shymkent Park Hotel is so new, so upscale, so clean, and so comfortable. After staying at the Shymkent Park Hotel, I felt like I didn't want to move on or go home. The design and craftsmanship are exquisite and high-end. The room was large...

Cool new hotel 🏨, rooms are clean, bright, with a balcony. There are two armchairs and a coffee table. The beds are wide, not quite soft, not quite hard, just what we liked.

The location is quiet and close to the city center, and the rooms are particularly large and spacious. The price is also very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the price. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the hotel The staff is polite The rooms are original in their design A whole range of services: bath, sauna, massage, etc. Location away from the central streets in a quiet place 5 stars definitely)

Everting is not good but generally is good. Better than other otels. Price is not expensive

Fantastic hotel with good breakfast.

It was very beautiful hotel people are very friendly. If i vist shymkent again i will choose the same hotel

Great location, right in the city center. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff.

We were passing through from Uzbekistan to Almaty (we're from Almaty). I'd like to point out the cleanliness of everything, from the carpet to the bedding – special thanks for that. We needed to leave early at 7:30 a.m. and thought we wouldn't have time to have breakfast, as breakfast isn't until 7:30 a.m., but the receptionist and the staff served breakfast early, at 7:00 a.m. – nice. Everything...

We accommodated our foreign colleagues in this hotel. The overall impression is excellent. Spacious comfortable rooms, soft beds, clean linen. There is free Wi-Fi. The lounge is comfortable, well decorated, guests and residents are always provided with fresh water. The hotel is located along the road, there is a parking lot. Restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, etc. are located nearby. The hotel...

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, excellent cuisine, modern interior, good price. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, new, beautiful and clean hotel. Similar to Turkish ones. I liked it, it was a big and beautiful room! Breakfast is standard, coffee from a coffee machine. I recommend it.

Decent hotel, rooms are clean and comfy! Not the best location in terms of restaurants and site seeing. The staff were also quite unfriendly and it was unbelievably expensive for the size of room we received.

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel was perfectly clean and equipped. No complaints whatsoever. Owner was really helpful. Also allowed hourly checkin with late checkout. Location is not the most convenient but still ok. We got a twin room while we paid for a family room.

It's a clean dormitory-style hotel. The location is a little inconvenient, but it's not a big deal.

Location isn't great. Friendly staff and the place looks beautiful. But the shower has no hot water ever and bed are so hard that you wake up with backpain.

A clean and cozy hotel. It's a shame there wasn't drinking water in the room. And it'll probably be cold in the hallway in the winter.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The rooms are spacious, clean, and pleasantly decorated. Cleaning was done daily to a high standard. A special thank you to the staff: they were very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and offer advice. The location is convenient—shops, cafes, and attractions are nearby. We'll definitely be back and recommending it to our friends!

The hotel is a solid C-star. It's also well located, right in the city center. The food is a B+. Overall, I liked it.

The location is excellent. The room is very small, so it would be difficult to stay there for long. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's a nice hotel, centrally located, with Wi-Fi. We used it as a stopover between flights. We arrived at night and were checked in quickly. The rooms are small, but okay for an overnight stay.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from Arbat Street, with a supermarket and snack options nearby. The room has a kettle, water, and everything you need for tea. The hotel has been renovated, so everything is new and beautiful. The breakfasts are hearty and filling!

A luxurious hotel 20 minutes from the airport. Clean, new, and the food delicious. Breakfast is good. The staff is polite. The room has everything you need.

A pleasant stay. Highlights: staff and breakfast. I had a very early checkout the next day, and the receptionist had breakfast ready for me :) I didn't find the bed that comfortable, and the air conditioning is very limited, but the room met my expectations. It's a very clean place and worth the stay.

We didn't expect that, Shymkent city and people was good. Our Hotel Receptionist Miss Louisa was very Helpful and professional. I recommend all to book this hotel and enjoy the stay and service from Professional staff. I really appreciate to Miss Louisa.

Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties

I'm very apreciated about the Tourist Hotel service for cleaning my room and breakfast at bed ;0) My room had brand new interier. So quiet place with nice view and lot of space for rest and living.

Very nice people working at the hotel. In the process of a complete renovation. Would recommend if passing through shymkent.

Don't look outside because its a old property but they have completely upgraded the rooms, overall average experience with value for money

I really liked the service and comfort at the hotel.

The hotel is brand new, the rooms are stylishly designed, everyone likes it...

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

I have a great time in the cinema in my brother and sister are not the cinema in my brother and sister and I have some mistakes in the the cinema in your life that I was a great day at work on on my brother and sister and the first time in your own home to a bit more about this is the first of its new home to a bit more than one of the best of luck with your own home to a bit to a bit more than one...

Nice hotel. Great Breakfast. In the style of a buffet .

The cosy hotel. Cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, no smell of tobacco. A hearty Breakfast buffet.

Nice and cozy hotel, great staff! Cooperating for the first year, spend every round tables, trainings, seminars. Decent service for reasonable money. But there are a few BUT: slow Wi-Fi and turnover rates( very often changing administrators). And I think you need to invest in a hotel (to freshen the furniture, appliances, dishes).

Nice clean hotel. Stay here 2 times already. Good location in the city.

Great staff. Basic room but practical. Incredible tasteful and extensive breakfast. Very kind prices.

The rooms are big and well equipped but filthy, the employees aren’t nice nor efficient.

The room was extremely spacious, large, and clean. The room was well heated and ventilated. The service provided by the staff is beyond expectations. All the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They spoke Kazakh language, Russian language and English language as well. The breakfast was served as well, from 7am till 10 am. I would love to stay and spent vacation in that hotel 🏨 again. I...
