Rixos Khadisha Shymkent place combines the charme of a vintage hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet environment.

Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional. From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful. Food and beverage were very tasteful and...

Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was always friendly especially reception girls Adema and Dilnoz, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing . I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mustafa from the staff for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

İt is a great place to have emotional times . Eonderful friendly staff

nice hotel with a friendly staff and a good breakfast

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE~ Large and clean room, nice staff and breakfast!

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you

I had a checkout before breakfast, and they packed me a lunchbox 👍 Nice big room, quiet floo

There's a sports club (football) outside. People were kicking a ball and yelling until 11 p.m. Sound is good. The hotel itself is clean and fairly new. The food is 5+. Overall, we were satisfied (one-night stay).

We arrived at the hotel late at night. We had no problems with our late check-in; we were able to check in within 5 minutes. The room was clean, and there was water and tea. Breakfast was included in our reservation. Everything was delicious, and the coffee was excellent.🙌

Very nice spacious room. Good location, new and clean inside. We liked it and will come back again.

The rooms were clean, and the location wasn't too far from the city center, which was a good deal. It seemed like most everything was within a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Only a few staff members spoke English, but if everyone spoke English, communication would have been easier. Also, the room organization time was a bit slow. Note for long-term stayers! +There's a pub in front of the hotel, and the...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with some things: *The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it to the reception, but they didn't solve the problem, they didn't even offer to change the room. *The breakfasts weren't impressive, the choice and taste left much to be desired. *The coffee wasn't tasty, it was hard to tell if it was because of the milk or...

Amazing location and authentic traditional Kazak food with kazak music. Great experience.

Good alternative to Rixos. Rooms bit aged 😬 Halal Hotel = no alcohol at all 😅

The room is clean, the swimming pool is large, and the overall feeling is very comfortable. It is more cost-effective to book on Ctrip

Great hotel with great view. Stayed for a week and experienced nothing less than perfect.

Nice and cozy. Clean comfortable rooms. But very simple breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, but empty. Was karaoke. Fun. The kitchen is average.

A very decent hotel with a convenient location. Delicious cuisine, clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and punctual service. We were passing through from Seoul and were left with a good impression.

Quite far from the airport and not many places around it! Breakfast is great though!! Well, okay to stay for a night

It was especially delicious, a hearty breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The environment and service were both good, and the suites were very spacious.

The hotel has a great location; it's very convenient to take a taxi to the station or city attractions. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The room is large, clean and tidy. The waiter service is very good. The room also extended the check-out for four hours free of charge. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The watermelon I bought was also cut for me. Thank you.

The location is quiet and close to the city center, and the rooms are particularly large and spacious. The price is also very reasonable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. This is one of the best hotels in Shymkent for the price. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the hotel The staff is polite The rooms are original in their design A whole range of services: bath, sauna, massage, etc. Location away from the central streets in a quiet place 5 stars definitely)

Everting is not good but generally is good. Better than other otels. Price is not expensive

Fantastic hotel with good breakfast.

The hotel is a solid C-star. It's also well located, right in the city center. The food is a B+. Overall, I liked it.

The location is excellent. The room is very small, so it would be difficult to stay there for long. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's a nice hotel, centrally located, with Wi-Fi. We used it as a stopover between flights. We arrived at night and were checked in quickly. The rooms are small, but okay for an overnight stay.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from Arbat Street, with a supermarket and snack options nearby. The room has a kettle, water, and everything you need for tea. The hotel has been renovated, so everything is new and beautiful. The breakfasts are hearty and filling!

A luxurious hotel 20 minutes from the airport. Clean, new, and the food delicious. Breakfast is good. The staff is polite. The room has everything you need.

A pleasant stay. Highlights: staff and breakfast. I had a very early checkout the next day, and the receptionist had breakfast ready for me :) I didn't find the bed that comfortable, and the air conditioning is very limited, but the room met my expectations. It's a very clean place and worth the stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Mardan Hotel. We have only the most pleasant memories! 🩵 We really enjoyed the spa, where you can truly relax and rejuvenate. The breakfasts are fresh, varied, and truly delicious. The hotel's location is a special treat: everything is close by and very convenient. The rooms are cozy and clean, and you can feel the care they give you in every detail. The staff is...

Best hotel in the city of Shymkent, great price for the service provided. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room full of essential utilities. Cozy spa&gym, delicious food.

The hotel is very nice. It is built to all standards. We had a great time with my family.❤️

Hello everyone, this is a very nice hotel, modern, with a swimming pool, steam room, and gym. I tried it out for a trial period and really liked it. I recommend you come too. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. In a word, wow😍😍😍

I liked the hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and good service.

The service was perfect, especially the girls at reception, who were very kind when I needed to check out. 😊 The drain in the room wasn't working properly, but the air conditioning was perfect. It's a shame there wasn't a balcony, it would have been great otherwise.

I'll try to be as constructive as possible. We booked a deluxe room for a couple. Pros: 1. Good air conditioning 2. Pleasant lobby 3. 90% of the time, there was someone at reception available for assistance (we asked for extra slippers and they provided them). 4. The breakfast included and its variety was also a plus. The food quality is average, but for something to eat and to run errands, it...

Some rooms have windows that do not have access to the street.

excellent hotel, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff and spacious rooms, excellent fitness room, swimming pool! we liked everything! Thank you

Free World Class Fitness and swimming pool visit for guests. Take your swimming suite. 🏊

I really liked it! The treatment was excellent. The cuisine was top-notch. The only downside is the line for treatments, but that's not a big deal. I wish the sanatorium continued prosperity.

A wonderful sanatorium with attentive staff, delicious food and wonderful treatment. Unfortunately, we got there in the off-season, when the water in the pool was already cold, and the indoor pool was under repair. Therefore, we were unable to enjoy this type of entertainment and the sauna. But everything else was great. Special thanks to the nurse Zarina for her responsiveness, kindness and friendliness...

The resort is not bad, the staff is good. It's obvious that they're trying. Of course there are minor flaws, but overall it’s not bad. I absolutely want to visit here again.

This is my first time here, I was able to adequately evaluate the service, the services offered, the course of treatment, everything is very cool, civilized, competent, professional, excellent specialists, favorable environment, which is important when relaxing and receiving treatment, the kitchen pleasantly surprises, everything is delicious, swimming pool, gym hall, cultural program, everyone likes...

The food is ok, but greasy! The standard+ room has everything except an iron. I didn’t like the fact that the room was poorly cleaned and the sanatorium’s Wi-Fi didn’t work, although the price list said there was absolutely zero internet. Constant noise from the hood and repairs. Electrophoresis of our personnel kansha current bolu keregіn bilmadedi, menin terimdi kuidirip zhiberdi. UZidegі personaldarda...

Was there in October '23. Nice, beautiful, new, modern sanatorium. The food was good, very good indeed. Cleaning as expected. Discos, concerts. Medical services are good. The staff is polite. There is a good library and an elevator. There are excursions to Tashkent and Turkestan Swimming pool for adults and children, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi. Unfortunately, mineral water was not suitable for me because...
