4 star hotels in Turkistan

This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out. I warned in advance that I have Diamond status at Wyndham, but only after indignation did they upgrade my room (which turned out to be even dirtier than the first)

The location on Google Maps is in the wrong place! I've tried submitting an update to Google Maps but it's switched back to the wrong location again. It's nearer to the airport but a lot further from the city center. Rooms were reasonably clean, but on the night that we checked in we found numerous stains on the sheets. The hotel is located on one of the main streets of the city. A 10-minute drive from the Mausoleum and Caravanserai. A new hotel in a new city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.

Perfectly located across the road from Karavansaray. Huge spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Marble tiled bathroom was spotlessly clean with powerful shower. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc., it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities... The only thing worth working on is the service!!!

The hotel was gorgeous and very comfortable. The spa and pool was a bonus! I gave it a four because I had to call the desk 3 or 4 times to request basic items like extra toilet paper and extra towels because no one cleaned the room when I had requested it on day 2 of our stay. I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable. I made sure to enjoy my time there to the fullest. The staff is helpful and professional, the restaurant & in-room dining is on point.
