As always, the Hampton lives up to expectations. A perfect rest with the best possible location and views. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All the reception staff were very friendly and professional. I would have stayed more nights.

A little odd as all the rooms face inward to the atrium, and the outside of the place isn't particularly grand. Still, a comfortable stopoff on the road. No evening food but the helpful receptionist is happy to order in pizza.

A nice small hotel. The room is clean, but the shower head is right under the ceiling, and the water doesn't flow evenly. Breakfast is included in your stay and is delicious. The sour cream and eggs are definitely farm-raised, not store-bought. The breakfast buffet isn't extensive, but it's still a decent breakfast.

Not a bad hotel. Buffet breakfast included. The room has 2 sets of towels, shampoos, gel, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But one of the rooms had a broken toilet seat and a dirty blanket and there are no wardrobes, only cabinets

Although we had difficulty eating breakfast due to cultural differences, they later prepared a very good breakfast to please us. The last omelet I ate was very tasty. Under different circumstances this would be a much better review. But because of renovation work I had some complaints. The painting on the windows on the room I stayed in. Although the window was covered with foil I did not feel comfortable. The very intense paint smell gave me a headache. It would be better not to rent out the rooms where there is work going on. It is located in the city center! It is very near many tourist attractions. The room condition is nice and clean. The service is good too. The breakfast is good! I want to stay here again when I come back to travel!

Good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, the restaurant which is also Edem is the place to see and be Turkestan. Breakfast is good, rooms and bathrooms are not the newest anymore.

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. The building and rooms are brand new, and it feels like nobody has stayed there before. You literally get a one bedroom flat. There is a spacious sitting area with a small fridge and sofa. The bedroom is small but serves the purpose as the sitting area has plenty of room for your personal stuff. The bathroom is also huge with a very big bathtub...

I stayed for five days on a business trip. Since this was the hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Turkestan, I can't compare it to others because I don't know them. But the hotel is very clean. The rooms are new. The girls at reception were very attentive. A girl named Saida was especially friendly and helpful. Thank you all. If I have another trip, I will choose this place.

My daughter Margot and I were in Turkestan on vacation and chose this hotel, and we didn't regret it. It was excellent, the receptionists were friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and had working air conditioning, which is important for this region.

We stayed with a large group of children, and everyone was accommodated comfortably! The rooms are clean and beautiful, with a refrigerator, TV, and kettle. This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out. I warned in advance that I have Diamond status at Wyndham, but only after indignation did they upgrade my room (which turned out to be even dirtier than the first)

The location on Google Maps is in the wrong place! I've tried submitting an update to Google Maps but it's switched back to the wrong location again. It's nearer to the airport but a lot further from the city center. Rooms were reasonably clean, but on the night that we checked in we found numerous stains on the sheets. The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.

Perfectly located across the road from Karavansaray. Huge spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Marble tiled bathroom was spotlessly clean with powerful shower. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc., it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities... The only thing worth working on is the service!!!
