Everything is fine. The room is very new and the scenery is beautiful. The landlord is also very nice. Except for the slow drainage in the bathroom, I think this is a very good place.

One of the best experiences i ever had as a tourist. Recommend to visit it. It has the best views and the location is the best Put this on your bucket list

Massive Room with comfortable bed and sofa Definitely worth the stay!

Such a nice place and a wonderful hostess!! She is really kind and speaks good English. She knows a lot about the area and Kirgizstan and can help you very good. There is also a nice kitchen/dinner area so you can cook your own meals, that is very nice. The bathrooms are very good and the showers too. But I especially want to thank the hostess, I'm gonna remember her.

Very friendly and good English speaking host. You can reach her easily through WhatsApp and she can provide the latest information about the Ala kul trek. Rooms are spotless. We left a part of our luggage here while doing the Ala kul trek which was very handy. Would definitely recommend!

The standard was absolutely superb. Location is as good as it gets, in one of the best areas of Karakol, and 60 seconds from the Lighthouse Cafe. The room was furnished tastefully, with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally good and clean - as was the property as a whole. The kitchen, though I didn't use it, was large, spacious and equipped with all the necessities...

What a great guest house!!! We have high standards as tourists, and everything about this place fit our needs. Extremely clean, very organized, and the owner was very helpful with all of our needs. She gave great advice on what to do in the area as well. If you're staying in Karakol, I would highly recommend staying here!

wonderful friendly guesthouse with (too) warm comfortable rooms, a friendly host who prepared tasty breakfast and dinner. The rooms weren't serviced during our stay, but we were fine with that and didn't need anything more than tidying the bed covers each morning. It's not really designed for winter ski trips as there aren't hooks above the radiator/pipes. I imagine the garden and grounds are lovely...

Superb, backpackers friendly, guesthouse with therapeutic energy, great breakfasts and services such as laundry, most needed after strenuous activities in the mountains. We wound up staying 3 nights there; an overnighter before trek through Altyn-Arashan Pass and two nights after being back in Karakol. Proximity to Karakolka restaurant, Sierra Cafe and bazar makes it for an ideal spot for your stay...

We pitched our tent in the beautiful garden of this lovely guesthouse. The common areas and bathrooms of the guesthouse are well maintained and super clean, WiFi works well and the breakfast was among the best we had in Central Asia (fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with vegetables, and homemade pancakes and cake). The host family is very hospitable and helpful and allowed us to park our car on their premises...

We stayed there only one night before Ak-Suu traverse. Great, helpful staff. Very clean. Good food with vegetarian options served. We could leave our extra luggage in a locker for 8 days of our trekking.

Superb guesthouse, our favourite in Kyrgyzstan. Large, light rooms with comfy beds. A peaceful place with a beautiful garden. Staff are kind and polite. Twice they made us a great vegan breakfast on request, which was very much appreciated.

The beds leave much to be desired, they sag and are old. There's a slight odd smell. But the price is often good. Negotiable.

I was in Issyk-Kul for the first time. Through Booking I got to the guest house White Sail. I liked it very much. Hospitable hosts Bigtor and Zumrat. Thank you for the comfort, delicious food, clean room. This is the cleanest beach.

Big rooms, very helpful receptionists, clean and decent prices. Breakfast isn't the best but still a good value for money.

Nice, clean rooms. They have everything you need for a short trip, including an ironing board and washing machine. I really liked the free gym. There was one unpleasant incident, but it was resolved. But as a customer, I still felt the staff wasn't very welcoming.

Good value hotel. The room we stayed in was slightly dated and the bathroom needed some attention, however it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed - tea, coffee, water, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, staff were very friendly.

Amazing value. Perhaps the rooms are slightly aged and maybe not so 5* now, but you can’t complain for the price. The service is exceptional, friendly staff who are always there to lend a helping hand.

My room was attractive and spacious however the bathroom was not up to the standard of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The old tiles were cracked, with mould in the grouting. The newly installed rain shower gave too much water for the floor drain, so I stood in a pool of water. The toilet was almost in the centre of the room with very little space to move around. View on the mountains and fresh air compared to the city

The best hotel for families, spacious and clean. It feels like home. We stayed twice in a month. The staff is helpful. We recommend it.

I stay at Casablanca for a month from 27 July to Aug, it was a very good & exciting experience as it was my first visit to Bishkek also. A unique-noticeable thing was the pictures in my room had the Indian-touch, and so they were special company at Casablanca-home. Obviously the place has all the amenities for a family stay but being a solo-traveler I was mostly exploring the nearby & far away places...

The location is excellent and the accessories are very good, but there is no cleaning service on a daily basis,, sometimes we wait two days for the room to be cleaned

Clean apartments but overpriced Apartment with two rooms and a hall for 140 dollars. And they gave us the same apartment from the beginning of the morning at 8 until 12 noon for half the price. Breakfast is brought to your apartment and was croissants. This country is very exotic in terms of housing and seems quite recent in terms of tourism.

Stayed a few nights in this hotel before and after a cycling trip through Kyrgyzstan. The staff were very friendly and helpful both on the front desk and the restaurant. Even when they didn't speak English. Room was comfortable and had AC. They looked after our bags for 10 days while we were away. All around a good experience here 👌

Was an issue with breakfast. Site showed that breakfast should be included but in reality it didn't.

Great clean hotel. Often used for weddings and events. But also good just to stay there overnight. The attached restaurant (see extra location in Google maps) is also very good.

Good hotel .. with nice location close to the city centre.. what I would share that unfortunately the hotel dosenot have an elevator so make sure you have small bag to make your life easy The worker are helping and the breakfast was the best in all kyrgyzstan 🙂

This hostel totally recommended for you guys if you looking for a sharing room or even private room, they have good kitchen and complete for the kitchen aids, their room clean, and also their toilet even the toilet is sharing but they keep it clean 👍🏻

I like everything room, bathroom living room. However, wifi not work and it ruin experience.

Very small but clean and decent hostel. I booked a private room which was tiny and no bathroom. The price was fairly high for no private bathroom or even mirror in the room. The shared bathroom is nice and overall the property is central and clean. There is a kitchen and restaurant upstairs but I didn’t use either. Stayed only in passing for an early flight.

An hostel very well located and super clean. We had a double room with large dressing. Staff is super friendly and very helpfull ! Definitly a good adress in the area. Negative point : wall are thin so you can easily hear your neighbourg talking or high heels in the coridor

New hostel in the city center. Nearby there are coffee shops, banks, the main central road, shops, a clinic and most importantly, 2 minutes from the famous Erkindik Boulevard.

We stayed for 2 nights at this place with a friend of mine, occupying a separate room with a big bed. Overall, it is quite good for its price. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet. The laundry fee is paid separately (each time you use the washing machine). There is a kettle, a microwave and a fridge in the kitchen (the kitchen is not equipped with a stove for making food and they do not serve breakfast...

Correct but you need you know that it is not a hotel. It's an appartment on ground floor of a very old building in a small street. Building is located in front of a tennis club. A woman is in charge of the three or four rooms in the appartment. Being on the ground floor, rooms are very dark. But they are clean and refurbished. It is very cheap and very well located. But definitely not an hotel.
