Had a great visit to this resort. Adjacent to the resort is a museum and garden. The museum has many famous characters and features from Kyrgyzstan people with their stories and sayings. Had a nice walk, climbing many stairs to the top of the mountain. A wonderful view. Speedy Wi-Fi signals.

Full marks for external environment, good front desk service, but not satisfied with the room

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was no local taxi app, so the front desk called a taxi for us. They were afraid that we couldn't find the taxi and sent us to the taxi. The Chinese staff of the hotel also gave us a local travel guide. It was rare to feel a different sense of belonging abroad. Ermmzzz hotel location is a mess at the moment. Road works close the entire road and it feels so inaccessible. Staffs were decent. Good working ethics but just not welcoming enough. Rooms were decent but feels very subpar quality. Breakfast was so so.

The hotel's front desk service is very enthusiastic, responsible, and patient in answering questions. The service is first-class. The west side of Kaoma Road is a bit noisy and the windows cannot be opened.

When checking in, they said there were no standard rooms left and we had to pay extra with a discount for a "junior suite". The rooms are old, the TV is from the time of dinosaurs. The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel.
