The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The breakfast buffet line is as good as you can get.

Our preference was for a Queen bed, and although this was clearly stated, the rude person at reception tried to give us a separate bed. First, they said it came that way from the trip, and when they couldn't show us that, they practically forced us to use the large bed.

Had a great visit to this resort. Adjacent to the resort is a museum and garden. The museum has many famous characters and features from Kyrgyzstan people with their stories and sayings. Had a nice walk, climbing many stairs to the top of the mountain. A wonderful view. Speedy Wi-Fi signals.

The restaurant options are limited, transportation is inconvenient, and the rooms are old.

a good place to stay every thing is fine and perfect staff is also disciplined,food was fantastic. but the toilets,they should inspect properly before arrival of guests i was in room 503 and toilet there was not in good condition, i thought a bunch of hair was sticking inside but is was not hair but scratches like someone made with lead pencil, looking weird.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this. If you do stay here please talk to the staff if you get a bad service they will accommodate.

The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel. Servants never brought us our order, they were confused and 1 hour later we had to leave hungry. We weren't impressed

It's far from the city center, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the mysterious cooling system turns on and off by itself, and someone was knocking loudly on the door at night. The service is slow and unfriendly. I didn't like the breakfast 😞

The hotel manager is doing his best for clients to feel comfortable. Breakfast is served in the hotel room and it is good enough. Location is not great but with Yandex taxi it is ok. My room was attractive and spacious however the bathroom was not up to the standard of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The old tiles were cracked, with mould in the grouting. Close to all the things one might want to see in this city, and the rooms are nice. Although the gym is open until 9:30, it was totally quite in our room even though the gym was full. Only complaint: in the winter the room gets a little cold at night, and you've got to sleep with the heater facing you to be comfortable. Would come back!

Booked a private room at this Hostel last minute on Booking and they confirmed quickly that we could stay at their place. Arrived late in the evening and it was already dark but they did not mind and let me park the car inside.
