Beautiful sanatorium with Soviet era vibes in the main building. The area is well maintained and has plenty of trees. There are good trails for running, a pool, and a medical center on site

However, its territory is huge and relatively well kept, there is a large swimming pool, a spa center and the Altyn Korpusu has refurbished rooms. If you choose to stay here, stay in the Altyn rooms

All rooms have access to balconies with lake view. The territory is green, full of 🌲 and trees, jogging paths, tennis courts and pool

If you go here please have some cash with you, most of the places does not accept credit cards, but there is ATMs in lobby. The average experience is great. I enjoyed my vacation and will definitely come back later

There are optional tours for a small fee to different really cool places. Booking way ahead is recommended, I have been told that if you want to go in the summer time they recommend to book in May

Beach is really close to the housing area and they also have shuttles running to the beach. Beach area is clean, have some attractions. Unfortunately there is a lack of bathrooms there

great place for a vacation with family. In the evening, the view of the guesthouse is amazing. a lot of greenery, clean beach, ennobled territory. there are many medical treatments and food

the rooms are comfortable, spacious enough, the balcony offers a stunning view of the lake

Even though it was booked for 2 only, next day after check in they wanted to add one more person in our room which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! How can you just add random people in someone’s room? Another complaint is about toilet smell

We had a argument with taxi driver and the entire staff helped us out and we're extremely kind and soft hearted people! Special compliment to the conceige girl "Japorva" (I think that's her name) for checking in on us every morning

The breakfast buffet line is as good as you can get.

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning

The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff

My family and I stayed in Hyatt Regency Bishkek for 4 days on our visit to Bishkek. The hotel is the best in Bishkek with good facilities and world-class service. Our room was spacious with great amenities

The hotel's front desk service is very enthusiastic, responsible, and patient in answering questions. The service is first-class. The west side of Kaoma Road is a bit noisy and the windows cannot be opened.

When checking in, they said there were no standard rooms left and we had to pay extra with a discount for a "junior suite". The rooms are old, the TV is from the time of dinosaurs

It has a great breakfast buffet. Now the Christmas decorations are also beautiful 😍 We hosted an event at one if the conference rooms and we're absolutely amazed by the service

But there are many places around it to have breakfast. The swimming pool is rather old but the gym is very outstanding and new! The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable

The hotel is located on the territory of a large boarding house "Kyrgyzskoe seashore" therefore it is convenient for those who want to undergo procedures to improve the body. I will come back next year with pleasure!

The staff is friendly, welcoming. There is a problem with electricity, the "light" is periodically turned off and as a result there is no water, neither cold nor hot

When leaving, they closed the barrier, carried things from the building to the car. And they helped to open the barrier

The bed linen is torn, the bed is broken, the TV does not show, the cupboards are dusty. The price for an apartment is not small, 100 dollars a day, they could clean up properly

Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quick service. Rooms were cold and a strange selection of breakfast foods. Dinner lunch pack they gave was amazingly good.

Stayed at this hotel for one and a half day. Personnel were polite and very helpful. Everything was perfect the food room and all.

The place is best for big parties but if you want to enjoy your company it would be more classy since the place is calm and comfy

Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast wasn’t the most elaborate but there was plenty, even if eggs had been cooked quite a bit earlier. We enjoyed the pool as somewhere to cool off on a hot day

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a tour of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Rooms were clean, reasonably furnished and the hotel is quiet and very well located, only a short walk from Bishkek’s City Centre

When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry. ” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns

I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room

I only went there for the pool, sauna and a massage. If you‘re „extern“ you pay 1200 to enter, a massage for one hour is between 2’000 and 2’500. it‘s a great place to spend the day

The grounds are well organized, even the garden and the parking lot, and I thought it was a very nice hotel from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, and at one restaurant you can have an omelette for breakfast

It is located in the west of Osh, and is not in the center, but taxis are cheap and you can get to the center in about 5 to 7 minutes, so I think it is a very convenient location

If you are hesitant to stay at this hotel because it is a little out of the way on the map, there is no problem, so please stay with peace of mind

It's pretty good and quiet. There are many types of breakfast. But it's a bit far from the city center, about 20 minutes. Everything else is ok. It's pretty good. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people)

OTHER COMMENTS: - Not enough sea seats on the beach (there were total of 10 only) - No lifeguard on the beach at any time - Indoor swimming pool: extra fees to use it + limited time (13:00 - 15:30) Food menu is not the best on all three meals (breakfast - launch - dinner) in other words (very humble menu and food with almost no vegetables or fruits) I will list more as soon as I remember

It's late July and our room is very hot, no A/C. Dinner was 900 som each and the plov was not good at all—don't order their meals. There is a pool but not included & you have to pay extra

Location is good, convenient, close to beach. Beach isn't bad and though it's a lot of gravel & rock it's not too painful to walk on. Flowers & fruit trees are nice. Sports areas might be good for those who want it

Sometimes there's loud disruptive people outside even late at night. Breakfast wasn't included and the rooms didn't have soap. Not quite "International standards" as advertized but a decent enough place to stay

When we questioned this action, they excused themselves with the idea that there are many guests and limited tables. We asked them to give us our own table for the next meal and they promised to do so

When talking to the managers they suggested to specify time for us and for them within the meals time. We refused and pointed that there were empty tables. Will update you if any thing new happen

I didn’t love the breakfast buffet but there was lots of food so I can’t complain. You can also pay for your stay by card which was ideal

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kausar Hotel. One of the cleanest, modest, hospitable and safe Hotels in Kyrgystan. Price is fair and reasonable for travellers llike us

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm

Stayed for one night and enjoyed it! The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. They also give you shampoo and shower gel bottles as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste which was great! Staff were friendly

It was great value for money, delicious food, and a triple room.

However, there are areas where the hotel falls short. The Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely poor; it works only near the entrance door or inside the bathroom, which can be quite inconvenient

The cupboards are generous in size, providing ample space for clothing and belongings, and the room comfortably accommodates multiple pieces of luggage without feeling cramped

one can see all the plumbing hanging from the walls, a stuck toilet flush that I had to repair myself, a bathtub that is not well fixed to the ground, being a bit unstable, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Comfortable Stay with Some Notable Compromises Karagat is a pleasant hotel choice if you don’t mind compromising on a few important aspects

Only on the third day — when I was about to leave — did they finally give one. Hand towels were also missing until the last day

The electrical points near the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices conveniently. I informed the staff about this issue on the first day, but nothing was fixed during my entire stay
