Dirty no reception just a cleaning lady to check you in. Paid cash upfront on the last night the shower flooded with sewage water all over our room. Host was rude blaming us and asking why we had our bags in the floor, electronics, clothes and personal items destroyed. No compensation! Room wasn’t even cleaned afterwards or sanitised the water was just wrung up with a towel. I asked the owner if we could get some money back as we had paid for an en-suite but the room we were put in didn’t have one - he refused. Lady who did the cleaning lived right outside the room behind a curtain which was quite off-putting. Host was extremely rude and unsympathetic, despite me sending him a video of the day we got there with walls that already had stains from water marks on them - as if this had happened before, (which of course he denied)…. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room flooded with raw sewage, owner ignored my texts after moving us to a room with no bathroom . Electrical and personal belongs damaged / contaminated and no compensation . Owner denied room had previous water damage but photo clearly shows there was . DO NOT BOOK this place.

We stayed for 2 nights at this place with a friend of mine, occupying a separate room with a big bed. Overall, it is quite good for its price. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet. The laundry fee is paid separately (each time you use the washing machine). There is a kettle, a microwave and a fridge in the kitchen (the kitchen is not equipped with a stove for making food and they do not serve breakfast, so you can eat outside or buy already prepared food). The female administrator is friendly. We were kindly given an opportunity to make our checkout half an hour later than expected.

We made a reservation on booking, but when we arrived they told us there was no room. Other reviews say similar things happened to them. Don’t book this place and expect to have a place to stay for that night.

We had booked a room throught booking a few days before, received the confirmation, BUT when we arrived they said they didn't have any room as they had given them away already, and send us off without any explanation.
They only said that it was not a problem, that the city had other places to stay in.

Correct but you need you know that it is not a hotel. It's an appartment on ground floor of a very old building in a small street. Building is located in front of a tennis club. A woman is in charge of the three or four rooms in the appartment. Being on the ground floor, rooms are very dark. But they are clean and refurbished. It is very cheap and very well located. But definitely not an hotel.

A small, rather unassuming restaurant, but with a delicious selection of Eastern and Western cuisine. Everything is freshly prepared and brought to your table by very friendly staff.

We went into this restaurant. The interior was nice. We decided to order the French steak (that's what the dish is called) and a spicy chicken salad. The salad was delicious, but the steak was edible, very tasteless. The salad cost us 280 rubles, the steak 450 rubles, even though the portion was small. The waiters were slow, so we had to call to order. The woman at the next table even asked, "Is this self-service?" I didn't like it, it was bad, I don't recommend it.
