We had an excellent stay here! Reserved through booking and we’re able to show up day of no problem. The women who host the place are extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. There is a nice shared kitchen and we stayed in the master with bathroom for a week waiting for a bike part to come in. No AC, but the bed was the most comfortable we’ve found in Central Asia outside 5 star hotels (and then some of those too). There are a couple nice cafes and a wine bar as well several embassies nearby in walking distance - but to get to downtown you need a Yandex. Would highly recommend and would stay again 😊

I came here for work, stayed for a month, and to say I was satisfied is an understatement. The service was very good, everything was always in order. Thank you for the warm, welcoming welcome and good attitude. Next time I come, I'll definitely stay at Osobnyachok 👍👍👍

Excellent beds, a nice house, a very friendly owner, for us a very good place to stay.
