My first time in Kyrgyzstan and i had a really good experience in the country, feels like my second home

The hotel was wonderful and the staff made their best effort to give us the most enriched experience of Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 will stay again.

a good place to stay every thing is fine and perfect staff is also disciplined,food was fantastic. but the toilets,they should inspect properly before arrival of guests i was in room 503 and toilet there was not in good condition, i thought a bunch of hair was sticking inside but is was not hair but scratches like someone made with lead pencil, looking weird.

Unexpectedly, it is very good in Bishkek. The hotel facilities are a bit old. This hotel in Kyrgyzstan is very good. Online booking is also very convenient. It is worth recommending.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this. If you do stay here please talk to the staff if you get a bad service they will accommodate.

The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel. Servants never brought us our order, they were confused and 1 hour later we had to leave hungry. We weren't impressed

Does what it says on the tin - super cheap, we paid £66 for two nights and 24/7 concierge made it easy to check in when our flight arrived at 4am. The bed is really hard but you get what you pay for really

We stayed at IO Hotel and overall had a good experience. The quality for the price is excellent — the room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it a great value. However, one thing that stood out was the smell of the bed linens, which wasn't very pleasant. It seems like something in the washing process needs to be changed or improved. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels as a flight attendant but I have to say they really are doing an amazing job! Hotel was super clean and the WiFi signal was pretty strong. They have a mini bar.coffee place in the lobby and their customer service was above and beyond! Aidana (the general manager) is pretty switched on and will assist with pretty much everything! Will be coming back here for sure!

The restaurant they have is really good! The rooms are nice as well, definitely a good place to stay after a long drive

Stayed a few nights in this hotel before and after a cycling trip through Kyrgyzstan. The staff were very friendly and helpful both on the front desk and the restaurant. Even when they didn't speak English. Room was comfortable and had AC. They looked after our bags for 10 days while we were away. All around a good experience here 👌

Was an issue with breakfast. Site showed that breakfast should be included but in reality it didn't.

Great clean hotel. Often used for weddings and events. But also good just to stay there overnight. The attached restaurant (see extra location in Google maps) is also very good.

Good hotel .. with nice location close to the city centre.. what I would share that unfortunately the hotel dosenot have an elevator so make sure you have small bag to make your life easy The worker are helping and the breakfast was the best in all kyrgyzstan 🙂

I came here for work, stayed for a month, and to say I was satisfied is an understatement. The service was very good, everything was always in order. Thank you for the warm, welcoming welcome and good attitude. Next time I come, I'll definitely stay at Osobnyachok 👍👍👍

Excellent beds, a nice house, a very friendly owner, for us a very good place to stay. I also liked the interior design and the fact that Mira keeps the place spotless clean.

We had an excellent stay here! Reserved through booking and we’re able to show up day of no problem. The women who host the place are extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. There is a nice shared kitchen and we stayed in the master with bathroom for a week waiting for a bike part to come in.
