Spa-Hotels in Bishkek

Excellent stay. Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. The property features great amenities, including excellent gym facilities, a sauna, and a pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

We had two wonderful stays at the Sheraton Bishkek. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Bilal, from the welcome/bell staff, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Bilal went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well...

Stunning suite with incredible views of Bishkek. Wow! Kind, friendly, and smiley team members who demonstrate traditional hospitality. I LOVED my stay. I emailed their manager of operations as well so their staff could be recognized for their hard work. Wow is an understatement. Your team members are so kind, warm, helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. Everyone is so hospitable and generous! You...

I would like to thank everyone at the Sheraton Bishkek for the unforgettable time we had there. All the staff made sure that my husband and I felt welcomed and looked after. We celebrated my birthday and couldn't have chosen a better hotel for this occasion! We want to thank Aigerim who checked us in with a warm smile and made sure we got a great room, and the ladies dressed in traditional clothing...

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The property is gorgeous and, despite some online comments, my room was spotless. The loyalty recognition made me feel incredibly welcomed. The staff truly understand hospitality—focusing on genuine interest rather than just following a process. The breakfast and room service were also exceptional. From check-in to the Club Lounge, the service was professional and sincere. Highly recommended!

Restuarant bar was good, very attentive service, wide range of international food on the menu. Nice ambience.

Large clean rooms, excellent restaurant too, but without the capability to adjust the room temperature myself. I want to thank Mr. Dastan, who went above and beyond to send me to the airport and helped with my check-in when I had an illness. I am so appreciative of the great services provided by him and the hotel!

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff and facilities. Loved the bed and pillows and shower! Only negative was our chicken at dinner overcooked. Location was an A++

I don't know what happened to the hotel. But it's no longer a Hyatt. The rooms are renovated like a cheap hotel, the service at the front desk is definitely not up to international standards, the breakfast is half what it used to be, and the grounds are in disrepair. It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia.

I had an amazing stay!!! Thank you so much. Every staff member I spoke to was super helpful and offered excellent service. Shara and Izat at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks again!!

The hotel is good, but old. It needs renovation.

The people of Kyrgyzstan are incredibly kind and friendly ❤️ The hotel’s architecture has such a beautiful antique charm, and the decoration is truly unique. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋 Had such a wonderful experience—definitely visiting again

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

Excellent hotel, comparable to Grand Oberoi in India. The rooms are huge and woody decor. Excellent washrooms… amazing breakfast spread and central location

I had a great stay here. Definitely has a destination hotel vibe rather than standard business one. The decor is quite unique. The location is excellent too, very close to most places walking distance

When I arrived, the air conditioning in y room was turned off and showed 31°C. The manager claimed cooling was impossible due to centralized settings and told me to “wait” till it cools down itself. I was offered another room at 27°C, which I also had to decline for health reasons, and had no choice but to leave. The hotel refused to cancel my booking and pushed me to deal with the agency; when the...

The hotel is located in the heart of Bishkek, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent, making it an excellent choice for business travelers overall.

Very nice location and a lot of facilities, but the structure is a little old and need more maintenance or renovation. The girls at the reception was super fantastic to solve one problem I have with Trip.com. Very bud attitude from Trip.com and excellent support from the hotel recepionist. Special thanks to Miss Aliya Avaskanova (Aliya Avaskanova)

I’ve visited this spa several times (in summer, autumn, and winter), and it’s truly a wonderful place 🤩 After paying, you receive a set that includes a bathrobe, towels, and slippers if needed. You also get a bracelet that opens your locker in the changing room. The men’s locker room is quite spacious and has a hair dryer. After a changing take a shower first. The shower area is located in a separate...

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. The suite has AC. The suite is on the 3rd floor, building has elevators...

Its a beautiful resort with all amenities and not too far from the city. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Facing the snow-clad mountains, we had a good view from our room. The breakfast spread could be a little better, not much choice there and the menu was repetitive. We ordered lunch and dinner but not much choices, slow service, once in the middle of dinner they were out of pizza dough!!...

Jannat Resort is truly a beautiful and clean place. At the poolside restaurant, Nursultan was very kind and welcoming. His ability to speak several languages really helped us a lot. Big thanks to the management for having such great staff!

Stay was wonderful.. all the staff were very polite and generous. Also great place to stay for a vacation.

Good room , good service , good location , but HOLY fix the wifi please. Literally the worst hotel wifi I've ever experienced.. -2 stars deducted only cause of that

The location and the staffs doing s great job. 5/5 Stars very friendly staff. I am a person who had a lot of questions how to get to the airport manas and how I should behave as a foreigner from Switzerland. Questions were answered by the stadf with patience and a very patient kind. Thank you / Rakhmat

In general, the staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and well-intentioned. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Apart from breakfast, we did not have the opportunity to try any other meals at the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast items were quite good both in terms of taste and product quality. Considering the hotel’s location, I can also say it was good. When I travel somewhere...

During our stay in Kyrgyzstan, we stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and local eateries, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.

This was a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the experience here. The receptionist spoke good English and provided excellent service!

The hotel has a great location, not far from Victory Square and the Bishkek Mosque, and there are also large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. However, for some reason, the bathroom had a persistent odor, which was unbearable unless the door was closed. The heating in the room was faulty; the air conditioner couldn't turn on the heating, so the room temperature was very low, which was quite uncomfortable...

My first time in Kyrgyzstan and i had a really good experience in the country, feels like my second home

The hotel was wonderful and the staff made their best effort to give us the most enriched experience of Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 will stay again.

a good place to stay every thing is fine and perfect staff is also disciplined, food was fantastic. but the toilets, they should inspect properly before arrival of guests i was in room 503 and toilet there was not in good condition, i thought a bunch of hair was sticking inside but is was not hair but scratches like someone made with lead pencil, looking weird.

Unexpectedly, it is very good in Bishkek. The hotel facilities are a bit old. This hotel in Kyrgyzstan is very good. Online booking is also very convenient. It is worth recommending.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this. If you do stay here please talk to the staff if you get a bad service they will accommodate.

The hotel itself is great, but the service at the hotel's restaurant wasn't very well organized. We had a festival and during the lunch break we decided to dine inside of the hotel. Servants never brought us our order, they were confused and 1 hour later we had to leave hungry. We weren't impressed

Great hotel, had an overall pleasant experience. Staff were great.

The hotel location is great and specially if you get the mountain view. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is relatively small and busy. The receptionists are friendly in general however there is one lady who was so rude and tough.

We stayed twice at the Garden Hotel and Spa and overall had a very pleasant experience. The highlights included the generous buffet breakfast, which offered a wide range of options such as Georgian khachapuri and Japanese sushi. The spa was also lovely; we especially enjoyed the firm massages and relaxing time in the sauna. The staff were wonderful, always warm, responsive, and ready to assist. They...

Great room. Keeping it clean and tidy. Service not 100%, was told we have to pay for something after we checked out, but they found out that it isn't our room number? Communication is a barrier as English is not their main language. Life is small and slow. Almost every wait at my time I have to miss the lift because the room service lady had their trolley in the lift as well, causes it to be fully...

I was kept awake at night by a woman's moaning. Everything else was fine.

I was staying nearby at another hotel but checked in here as the hotel had a great gym. I am glad I checked in here as the standard was the same as western standards. I was very impressed with the hotel, rooms were clean and well decorated. The room service menu food was also great and generous. The gym was fantastic but I can’t believe it had no air conditioning or a water dispenser. Sadly the pool...

Amazing service, particularly the receptionist staff. Check in was smooth polite and efficient. I arrived early and they made every effort to get my room ready. Room was spotless and large. Ideal location - close to square and Bazar

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception. Really thanks to them and yo Hotel Plaza, it was a pleassure.

Right next to ala too square. Easy accessible. Rooms are spacious. Reception and service are ok ish. Not proactive like a ‘4star Hotel’. Have a sauna, swimming pool and arrange airport transfers.

Bed was not comfortable and pretty worn out. AC thermostat was not working and I was sweating inside room due to which I was not able to sleep. Wifi was non existent. It barely worked. It was average when compared to other 4 star hotels nearby. But it was the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for. Only good thing about it was its location!

I only stayed for two nights, but the experience was top-notch. The room was immaculate and cozy, providing a perfect retreat. What really stood out was the staff's efficiency and warmth during check-in and throughout my stay. The hotel's location couldn't be beat for easy access to the main sights. It was the ideal choice for a short, hassle-free, and comfortable visit. Highly recommended for a city...

Excellent localion for turist, nice place to stay

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen...

The room was a bit cold, and the air conditioning was blowing cold air. The internet speed was very poor.

Stayed overnight and the room is fantastic! Really enjoy the time there. Will come again!

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service, especially reception , house keeping and restaurant/breakfast team. Very friendly and cooperative employees. Nice breakfast. Nice location.

Very centrally located Hotel! Restaurants & shopping centers nearby! Accommodative in extending checkout time too!

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Great location, soulless execution Clean, functional, and perfectly fine-but somehow lifeless. The room is decent with nice large windows, and there’s a conference hall if you need one. Location is excellent. Everything checks out on paper, yet the place just lacks any warmth or character.

Excellent cozy hotel in the nice central area of Bishkek. Very friendly personnel and service, stayed there for one night in a comfortable and clean room, they ordered for me an airport transfer as well as gave a breakfast box to go (free of charge). Can only recommend! 👌🏻

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambassador in Bishkek. The location is fantastic — it’s close to many attractions, which made getting around the city very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay, with a great selection and everything tasting fresh and delicious. My room was spacious, comfortable...

Centrally-located hotel with allergy rooms by request. Also, affordable laundry service with perfume-free wash. Ideal place to stay if you have respiratory issues.

It's a great hotel, considering it's a 4-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but everything is pretty good. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. There are a few minor issues: for example, the hot and cold water switches are mixed up, and the scales don't have batteries. But overall, everything is fine. The gas mask was unexpected 😂 The water in the room is renewed every day. 9Breakfasts are not very...

Hotel near city center, clean, comfortable and good service

Not the cleanest bed sheets and pillows I ever slept in. A/C a bit old and noisy, but functional. Kind staff, provided lunchbox for an early departure. Need some renovation. Fair price, though!

Stuffy old room. No WiFi. A lot of road noise at night. Good breakfast. Bad location. Gadventures needs to pick a better starting hotel. Bad value for money compared to other hotels in Bishkek.

Great hotel. We enjoyed the good breakfast, the rooms and the service. For cyclists, it’s a great place to stay in Bishkek ! They kindly kept our bike boxes during our bike trip around Kyrgyzstan. They have a nice courtyard too. Thank you !

When I walked into my room, even before when I walked into the hotel. It’s what I imagined a Soviet hotel to look like (although it was constructed recently I believe). I was wondering if the eyes in the painting would follow me??? The decor is straight out of Soviet times, hard bed, and ac that barely worked. The breakfast buffet provided a great selection of different things to try. I did some...

Good hotel, the beds are comfortable but sadly the shower didn't have any hot water. The breakfast was a bit strange and not really to my tasting. I did enjoy the interior, it has a post sovjet style to it. The location was very nice as it was walking distance to the city center!

Great hotel and staff. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly and welcoming

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Quiet, comfortable, does exactly what it says on the tin A solid choice if you want calm and space. The room was large and genuinely clean-no nasty surprises. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but you can order syrniki or blinis, which saves it entirely. Staff were consistently polite throughout. Laundry service was surprisingly affordable too-a nice touch. Not glamorous, but reliable...

The hotel is very nice with amazing location. Coffee shops all around . But the most important is Ms Shakhnoze . She was absolutely wonderful, always warm, welcoming, and greeting everyone with a genuine smile. I will definitely come again

The staff's friendliness was the best part. I was particularly grateful that they provided breakfast early, even though I had an early morning tour and didn't think I'd be able to eat. The sauna facilities were also excellent, allowing me to completely unwind after a long day.

The room is very large and the environment is very good. The location is very close to the central area attractions. Recommended~

Although a 15 minute walk or short cheap cab ride from the main centre, this wonderful hotel is still near nice restaurants and shops. It is tucked down a couple of small side roads which means the location is very quiet, even though it is in the city centre. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well appointed and the air conditioning was very effective. The included...

The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is simple

I booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

Fantastic hotel. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was great, and staff were very friendly.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly. It's quiet and calm. Clean. The train doesn't interfere. It was warm but a little stuffy in cool weather.

The location is great, only 1 kilometer from the city center. It's convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel was quite clean. It's located in the city center. The receptionist understands English. The milk at breakfast was cold... which is a bit unsuitable for Chinese tourists. Everything else was fine. The cereal was particularly sweet.

The hotels has clean rooms, brekfast is good, thare are groceries and supermarkets just around the corner and it is a 10 minute walk to the main road Chuy Avenue. The best is the personnel, especially the girls at the reception. They speek english and ar very friendly. It was a hotel ware i felt at home.

Nice place, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. I recommend!

Overall goods, good location, receptionist can speak english, so its easy to communicate, easy to go yo Ark off Bukhara

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast...

I stayed here as a couple. It was a quiet stay.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Breakfasts are very good. It's located in a private area, but not far from the city center.

Hey everyone! The hotel is located in a private residential area but not too far from the city center. All services are available. The only inconvenient part is the stairs, especially to the 3rd floor. It would be difficult for older people.

Great hotel! We had to leave early and they prepared us a breakfast bag They speak good English Thank you!!

Great value, massive rooms, and free parking, but service and plumbing need work. For the price, Dosman Hotel is a really solid budget choice in Bishkek. Upon arrival, the room was surprisingly large and spotlessly clean, with a huge, comfortable bed. A big plus is the free, secluded parking if you are traveling with a vehicle. I also really enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area, and the standard...

Very clean, lovely staff, nice breakfast

We stayed for two nights. The room was small, but it had a balcony and was quiet. The staff was friendly. There were a few issues, but they tried to resolve them. Cleaning was good; they changed everything and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels were clean. The grounds were nice. Breakfast was probably a downside, or at least we weren't able to rate...

The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Breakfast was delicious.

I stay for 1 night here, rooms was not so big but decent to open 2 big luggage and decent choice on breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! Room is spacious and feels very new, bathroom is fantastic with heated floors, huge bath tub and vanity. Hotel had only 9 rooms so it’s very quiet and very well maintained. Hotel location is optimal: not too far from city Center and located close to best cafe Faiza. Breakfast was wonderful too. Every day new options, always fresh and tasty. Staff were very helpful. We will be staying...

Nice small hotel. Great location. Polite staff.

Based on the promotional price I paid via Agoda.com I am satisfied with the stay. The location is very good and the interior, though in need of sizable maintenance throughout, was pleasant. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the towels smelt quite bad, and no bathroom tissue was present. Aside from these points, the staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was relaxed.

It is an excellent hotel. Very dedicated and friendly staff. Very high level of hospitality. We felt like living with family. Highly recommend.

Great place. The only downside is that the rooms and grounds are undergoing renovations. But in a couple of months, everything will definitely be great 😄

This isn't our first time here, they're doing a great job, adding a cafe in the pool area, and as always, everything is great 👍

Perfect resort with hot springs.

The night I stayed there was a wedding which made sleep impossible for nearly all of the rooms so I chose one of the few, rooms on the back side. They gave me room 201 which turned out to be a nightmare. The kitchen's exhaust fan is just outside the window. With the window closed it was noticeable but open the window, and it sounded like a jet engine. No hotel should ever have a room like this one...

Loved everything: the food, the bar, the breakfasts, the rooms, the hot springs, and the baths and saunas. All excellent!

We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. The sauna and steam room were also excellent, clean, and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A perfect place to unwind and recharge

I loved our stay at this charming guesthouse in a good location in Bishkek. The lady host was lovely, our breakfast was good and served on time, the gardens and lilies placed around were fragrant and beautiful. It was clean and comfy.

Stayed here during my stay in Kyrgyzstan. Lovely place, great host. Definitely recommend it!

the best hostel in bishkek. beautiful garden, kind host, lovely room. definitely will visit here again!

Stayed there for a night. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent service. Morning breakfast was also excellent. It is mind boggling how they can provide so much for the price I paid. Only downside is that the toilet is shared. Nonetheless, it is an excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

It was great stay in this property and the staff were so friendly and kind

The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are very spacious bathroom are clean and pretty good. Bar and restaurant are closed unfortunately. The hotel manager is doing his best for clients to feel comfortable. Breakfast is served in the hotel room and it is good enough. Location is not great but with Yandex taxi it is ok. A lot of investment is desperately needed to bring back the hotel to its former glory

Good place for staying staff and other person are good

Hotel is very good and the 24 hour bar facilities very very very very good

Very nice, beautiful hall, Perfect restaurant!😍😍😍

Its a very beautiful hotel. The place was clean and tidy....garden has some nice views and swimmingpool is also good. rooms are spacious. only the gym was bad..
