Kettle and teabags. Nice outside area to sit and get a drink. Very nice deck outside the breakfast room to sit out for your breakfast. Staff sometimes did not understand English very well
We asked for a taxi to the bus station but taxi took us to the border! We had to get the taxi to return to the bus station not too far away otherwise we could not get our bus

Rooms are recently refurbished and very clean, just missing some final touches like towel hooks in the bathroom. The lady at the reception is super helpful and friendly. Good location.

We stayed here during a world cycle tour. It is new, clean and in a quiet location. Near the beach and restaurants in the town. In a closed area so it was safe to park our bicycles. The staff are very friendly and polite
Key advantages include being a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 7-10-minute walk to the Goluboy Issyk-Kul sanatorium beach. There are also many cafes and a small market within walking distance
The grounds themselves are well-maintained, with plenty of flowers and greenery. They're safe and secure, and there's no access to unauthorized persons—entry is by key
We're vacationing in August 2024. This is our fifth time at this boarding house. It's an ideal choice for a quiet family vacation with children

We were on a rally through central asia, and from all the hotels we stayed in, this was the best at all. The rooms are very clean, like everything in this place
If you wish, the extremeley kind and courteous employees call you a taxi. Around the corner you find minimarkets, a nice park for people with childrens is only a 10 minutes walk away

The place is nice and clean. For me the highlight was the breakfast: plenty of local fruit and vegetables and each morning another delicious cake. Absolutely great!
Breakfast is huge, you can eat fresh fried eggs, chicken nuggets, fresh bread with jam and much more. Free parking spaces are in front of the house
The next time we visit Osh, we will definetely come back!

The owner was really kind and welcoming, he showed us the hotel and told us how his family had built it. The food was amazing and everything was really clean and tidy! Really glad to have found this place 😍
Cozy, traditional, and peaceful. A great spot to get away and relax. The beach is very close by, and is one of my favorite spots to swim on the lake. The food was delicious and traditional

Very kind owners, the rooms are clean, bed linen, new bathroom and shower are clean and without unpleasant odors. Issyk-Kul lake 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And the prices are not expensive

The place is amazing. You can rest in garden and terrace, rooms and toilets are clean, interesting decorations on the walls, comfortable beds. I was only one night here but I'd recommend and visit again for sure.

The manager [who's name is Ree], a guy who looks you in the eye when he's talking to you, always helps, offers local recommendations that aren't in the guide and prepares incredible breakfasts [with espresso]
Very nice and helpful owner, he can provide and organize almost everything in karakol, like trekking, motorcycling and horse riding in all the beautiful mountains that characterize this wonderful place
Perfect clean and quiet place to have good rest after climbing, skiing and sightseeing! Breakfasts are great, they even make brewed coffee! Nice garden in the summer with flowers and fresh apples

Best accomodation we had in Kyrgyzstan. Hosts are very hospitable, especially if you understand little bit of Russian/other slavic languages. The only downside are the beds, which are little bit less comfortable
The owners are super kind and always ready to help. We did the Ala Kul trekking and they kept our big backpacks for free. The last day the owner even took us to the bus station to help us take the right marshrutka
Sergei and his wife are excellent hosts - and Bella the dog was a delight. Rooms were clean and very cosy, the en-suite bathrooms are also a big plus. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Karakol

Great location (close to the lake) and amazing home-cook food!! Love the open area where we can relax at night and look at stars.

Had a wonderful time here - just a short one-night stay, but we really enjoyed and found everything we were looking for. The yurts are comfortable and have plenty of space
Toilets were clean and enough of them for everyone. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Bokonbayev, but the owner cooks fresh disches every day, so you can buy food there. There is a fridge to use for everyone

A really good guesthouse. Lovely hosts, easy communication, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. A bit outside of the city centre of Kochkor, but still in walkable distance. Clothes can be washed on demand.
