This place is terrible. Stayed here 6 nights and had zero housekeeping. When we asked the staff about it on day 3, we were told they would clean the following day and never did. The hot water ran out daily, and the shower would not drain. The WiFi is awful because instead of paying for Internet for each building, the hotel has a single line split into 8 signals, none of which are consistent. The door to our room wouldn't close unless we locked it. Trashcans in the halls were piled full and overflowing. These walls are paper thin and everyone hears every little sound. I could go on, but really just don't stay here. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in while traveling all over Kyrgyzstan and by far the worst.

We're vacationing in August 2024. This is our fifth time at this boarding house. It's an ideal choice for a quiet family vacation with children. Key advantages include being a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 7-10-minute walk to the Goluboy Issyk-Kul sanatorium beach. There are also many cafes and a small market within walking distance.
The grounds include two swimming pools with sun loungers—one for adults and one for children—parking for several cars, a playground, and table tennis. The rooms are clean, and the plumbing is in good condition. The grounds themselves are well-maintained, with plenty of flowers and greenery. They're safe and secure, and there's no access to unauthorized persons—entry is by key.

We stayed here during a world cycle tour. It is new, clean and in a quiet location. Near the beach and restaurants in the town. In a closed area so it was safe to park our bicycles. The staff are very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our time here.
