Outdated resort with Soviet rooms, some are better but mainly needs to be repaired. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, old style 📺, uncomfy beds. Some rooms have living rooms and kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies with lake view. The territory is green, full of 🌲 and trees, jogging paths, tennis courts and pool.

This used to be one of the best resorts in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. Now it looks quite outdated, food leaves a lot to be desired and most of the rooms need to be renovated. I don't know what happened to the hotel. But it's no longer a Hyatt. The rooms are renovated like a cheap hotel, the service at the front desk is definitely not up to international standards, the breakfast is half what it used to be, and the grounds are in disrepair. It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia.

We stayed for two nights. The room was small, but it had a balcony and was quiet. The staff was friendly. There were a few issues, but they tried to resolve them. Cleaning was good; they changed everything and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels were clean. The grounds were nice. Breakfast was probably a downside, or at least we weren't able to rate...

The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Breakfast was delicious.

I stay for 1 night here, rooms was not so big but decent to open 2 big luggage and decent choice on breakfast.

The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. There aren't any shops selling food or drinks inside or near the resort! The villa handover was delayed. I think if there were more services and improvements to the resort, it would be absolutely wonderful,...

When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

Chalets are nice but only one shower for 8

Very nice place. In restaurant, some plates ok, other not so special. But very clean and service with the smile
