Superb guest house. Our host was incredibly kind. The place is clean and quiet. I highly recommend it.

We have found here a wonderful guest house. Everything is new, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hostess is very attentive, friendly, interested in what we are doing

The house is spotless, the rooms are spacious with amazing views, and everything is very comfortable. There are also nice common areas to relax or spend time with friends, plus laundry service which was very convenient

Would 100% recommend this place to any travellers passing through Kochkor. Friendly hosts who respond promptly to any wuestions. Clean, cosy and spacious rooms. Clean shared bathroom facilities. What more do you need?

I can’t recommend this guesthouse enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. Barkul and her family are incredibly warm, kind, and genuine people who made my stay in Kochkor so special

I understand the water issue was out of the hosts control and is not the normal circumstance. I'm disappointed there was no leniency in cancellation/refunds over these extraordinary circumstances

The beds are comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the location was a perfect place to stop before heading to Song-kul. What truly makes this guest house special though is Lilliya! Her hospitality was truly amazing

Thank you for everything! You are an absolutely wonderful host and a lovely, friendly family. My room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and the accommodation was excellent value for money

I was injured couldn’t walk well after falling off a horse at Songhu Lake, so the owner helped me to bring my luggage to bus station from guest house to the bus station

The owner speck very good English, he picked us up at the bus station. The facilities in the house were very complete, and the breakfast was delicious

The host is lovely, the food she provided was good and the space she provides was comfortable

A really good guesthouse. Lovely hosts, easy communication, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. A bit outside of the city centre of Kochkor, but still in walkable distance. Clothes can be washed on demand.

Beautiful and clean place. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast very good, and the host is amazing. He speaks english and can give you precious tips. I definitely recommend this guest house !

Excellent Guest-House, and likely the very best option for Kochkor. The house in which I stayed was newly built, and as such, all facilities were fresh, clean and stylish

5 stars for everything: Breakfast, rooms, service, hosting. We definitely recommend this place, enjoyed our stay.

Austrians, French, Ukrainians and U. Location is a 10 minute walk from a pleasant suburb to the central area. The owner was kind enough to collect me when I arrived and take me to the bus station upon my departure

The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms of an equally high standard. It would seem this property is very popular indeed, as there were many tourists staying throughout the course of my six-day booking

This place is next to bus station and it’s basically the downtown area. Ainura is the owner of the guesthouse and offered us a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable

Amazing guesthouse! Had a comfortable stay for the both the times I stayed here! Great location as well and breakfast was provided!

Nice 2-storied guesthouse run by a family who’re engaged in tourism business. English speaking Ainura eje (owner) knows all about treks, hikes around and even can organize your trip to Son Kul Lake

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely hosts beautiful family. Clean and right in centre of town. Very helpful. Travel arrangements easily made. Would recommend.

This hotel is brand new, they just opened this new branch in Kochkor after having a succesful hotel in Bishkek. There were lots of works going on and moving furniture inside the rooms

But I was happy that I was being able to stay here out of season. The owner was incredibly friendly and so hospitable! I can highly recommend staying here when in Kochkor!

This hotel is located just beside the main road. Although it is quite old, but it is comfortable. There is no elevator, so need to wait a bit for the big luggage bags to be brought up to the room

An average budget friendly hotel for a day or 2 stay. If you arw going to visit Son kul lake then this hotel in kochkar is a good option

Nothing special Located in an ex-garage plot small of gazillion is all arround Breakfast is very welcoming. No Air-condition

Room is well equipped with heater and hot shower. The mattress and duvet are not too fancy, but they are comfortable
