Bay Ali in Osh

Terrible stench, zero conditions, dirty beds, stained towels, worn rubber slippers like in a bathhouse, no refrigerator, but there are two TVs that don't work and no Wi-Fi either, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

The rooms stink, there is not enough bed linen and they are dirty. It was good before and the prices were reasonable. Now I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

The staff is friendly. I saw this hotel advertised on Instagram. The rooms were beautiful and the price was affordable. But there were so many BUTs... When I said the neighboring rooms were too noisy, they offered me another, more expensive room. This isn't a hotel, it's some kind of brothel. We regretted it 100 times over; my husband and I were completely dissatisfied. Regarding cleanliness: the windows were dirty, one of the blinds was completely missing. There was nothing in the bathroom except liquid soap, not even a face towel (only bath towels), and the slippers weren't disposable (as is expected in hotels), but rubber (reusable). The heating system, the air conditioner, didn't work. We turned on the heater. The soundproofing was extremely poor, you could hear everything from both the street and from inside. From the neighboring rooms, you could hear all their conversations and even... it was TRASH. I literally had to flee from there in the middle of the night. If you are a self-respecting person, it is better not to stay at this "Hotel"

We stayed here for the night, thinking we'd extend our stay, and we did the right thing by checking out. We're disappointed with this place; it's better if you go to a place where you can pay the same amount of money and get a cleaner and more comfortable room/bed in a hostel. (We had to change our room because you have to pay 2.5 times more just to have clean bedsheets, that's crazy!) Also, it's not in the city center, so you have to waste more time getting somewhere.
Location: 4/10, almost outside the city, we had our own car, so it wasn't that critical.
Cleanliness: 0/10, superficial cleaning, lots of dust, unwashed bed linens, and a periodic sewer smell in the bathroom. We changed rooms for an extra 2.5 times more for clean sheets. We didn't look for it, but a cockroach found us in the new room, and the shower didn't rinse well. Whether you stay here or not is up to you.
