I did come to marine hotel without any expectations, but i was suprised! Rooms are nice, very clean, there is everything you need for a short trip. staff is small but very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also great, there is coffee machine, and there is alot of different meals. 5 stars without a question!

Lovely, quiet, clean and peaceful location just a few metres from the beach. Excellent spot for relaxing, taking gentle strolls and breathing the fresh, sea air.

Great stay with a lovely breakfast for a decent price. The small swimming pool could be rented privately - however be cautious if it has been cleaned after the previous usage since the water was filfy and not welcoming at all. Everything else was fine.

What a wonderful hotel, the location is amazing right in the centre of Riga Old Town so it was easy to access all the best places in Riga. Our room was very clean and the interior was the best! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Check in was also very easy.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for two days during our short visit in Riga. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of the old town but at the same time it’s a very quiet location. I have stayed at this hotel in the beginning of September and really loved it. First of all, the location couldn’t be even better it’s in the heart of the old city Riga and the decorations of the place is really good. I had an apartment Iren Adler, it was a huge cosy apartment. I was sick at the time of my stay personnel helped me although there was no restaurant in the hotel to make special breakfast for me.

Excellent hotel with a nice little restaurant and a good breakfast. Got upgraded to Junior suite and these are really convenient, spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. Only down side is that the restaurant was closing at 7, bit I guess that's normal for valmiera during winter.

A fairly cozy hotel. Pros: secure parking, a main entrance with a digital lock, and reasonably spacious rooms. Cons: a busy road nearby. Breakfast is continental and good. The coffee is mediocre — more for an acquired taste.

Easy to get to, very reasonably priced, quite basic and not new but very clean and quiet. Very helpful and polite staff. The only reason I'm not giving it all 5 stars is because the window in my room doesn't any have blinds or curtains, good thing if one needs an early start, not so good if one needs a sleep in :) otherwise love it!

The room was clean but the sink was cracked and toilet seat broken. The window was too high up to open. Worst bit was it was opposite a night club that played music till 4 in the morning

The floor in the room was a bit dusty but everything else was clean and very nice. Excellent location in old town for shops, bars, transport and sight seeing. Reception was a bit poor prior to checking out. But overall very enjoyable.

Bigger room than expected. Location is great. Right in the city. Check in was only til 7pm so we had to call to get instructions to get in but they answered right away and it was easy going

Amazing vibes woth proper sauna treatment for body healing. I recommend to have. There was tea when we moved in, all the needed kitchen tools. And if cooking is not in the mood, nearby is cafeterias, shops, kebab shops, etc.

Both children and adults were very pleased with the holiday. The children had unforgettable emotions in the recreation area. The quality and range of food surprised us. The apartments are spacious for 4 people. They met all the needs.

The hotel staff was friendly and nice. They are located very close to the beach, but the area is quiet. Also, breakfast was good - had quite a lot to choose from. There is a garden area and private parking. They have a small shop under the hotel, that you can get essentials from. Unfortunately the towels and bed sheets had some stains on them.

Cozy hotel with authentic decorated rooms - yet there is a mix-up with lamps from Ikea? Go all in on the style or not. The beds are a little hard for my taste, but others might find them good. It has beautiful antique and very clean place. It's not far from the city centre. I always prefer staying outside of city centre, quite area. My flight was very late so I arrived at 11pm unfortunately. Reception is available from 8am - 9pm so if you would like to access to the hotel outside of this time, you need to do self check-in, but it was very easy process. This was a perfect quaint little place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 3 km from downtown Riga. It was a perfect location for us. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Wonderful little breakfast delivered to our room. Also love that they have bee hives on the roof. The owner of this place takes pride in his location and it shows.

It's a value for money hotel. I like the self check in option. There's also the code to get your keys out of the wall, which I think is pretty cool. Near a mall and easy access to public transportation. The room is okay as a backpacker, but if you are lux traveller skip this one.

The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms weren’t great however. Location is not great but close to city centre on a bus or electric scooter. A few shops nearby. It was OK, the construction workers break area was right under our window so we couldn't keep our window open and the room was very warm, if we kept the window open the room would smell like smoke and cigarettes.

Greatest advantage of this accomodations is that is located close to bus, train station and central market. Room was clean, comfy and personal was nice and helpful. Everything was OK and there is not much can be said about any negatives, maybe that some guests are little bit noisy.
