Great location. Secure car park, clean but we had some fried chicken smell in the room. Old noisy AC and some noisy rubbish collectors early In the morning. Breakfast is fine a lot of options available.

Great value hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was vast and well stocked - staff were friendly and we used the gym, sauna and played lots of table tennis. Bus no 29 (1€) to the airport was on the next street - though the staff didn’t seem to know about it!

The hotel is perfectly located, a two-minute walk from the church and the main street. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. Highly recommended if you're visiting Kaunas.

Good hotel, matched expectations. Didn’t require parking nor use leisure facilities which both seem to have received negative comments before. Reception area and staff nice; room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a tasty selection of pastries, also had yogurt and toast. Also available some hot food and cheese & meats.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. On Booking.com, it was advertised as having free parking, but in reality, there are only a few parking spaces available. Worse, we were not even allowed to park there.
Instead of enjoying our time exploring the city, we had to waste hours driving around looking for paid city parking.
The hotel should be transparent about this issue on Booking.com so that guests can plan accordingly and not rely on parking that is essentially unavailable.
This lack of honesty really ruined our experience, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here if parking is important to you.
UPD Another major issue was the swimming pool. It is not freely accessible; it must be booked in advance. Additionally, the pool is shared among guests from four rooms at the same time, which creates inconvenience and queues. None of this was mentioned on the hotel’s page on Booking.com. My child was very disappointed as they had been looking forward to enjoying the pool during our stay.
Moreover, the room did not have a remote control, and there was a horrible smell of kitchen odors throughout. After requesting a remote at reception, we turned on the air conditioner, which was clearly malfunctioning—it felt like it was about to explode.
If you value your life, health, and sanity, I strongly recommend finding a different hotel.

Fridge in the room didn't work and smelled, bad service, poor food. Not 4 star hotel. Pool only open from 7 to 10 and 16-20 for free for guest. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest.
While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
