Radisson Hotel Kaunas in Kaunas

Excellent service and attentive staff throughout our two- day conference. Communication was professional, responses were quick, and every detail was handled with genuine care for the guests.

A fantastic venue with comfortable accommodation right in the city centre. I would definitely recommend it both to fellow event planners hosting events and to visitors looking for a great place to stay.

Nice hotel though compared to other Radisson hotels in Baltic states this one is a level below. Breakfast is excellent as usual and the staff pleasant like always

Very good breakfast! Waffles is the best and always waiting to get one, also there is decaf coffee and this is not usual thing in the hotels. Recommend to have even just a breakfast in here

Nice clean minimalistic rooms. Somewhat small but overall ok. Breakfast was of good qualify with many options, for all tastes. The hotel is just 1 minute via a corridor to the central paved freedom street where there are many cafes and high end stores. Will stay again when I visit Kaunas again!

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, and it is very convenient to walk to various attractions. The hotel facilities are complete and new. The service is thoughtful and efficient, and any problems encountered are solved.

Stayed in the suite. Huge apartment type room. Maximum comfort. I loved my stay. Will definitely stay there again in the same room type if I visit Lithuania again. Had a steamer, ironing board, safe, tub and shower. It was great as I was staying there for a wedding so had a lot of utilities to get my outfits perfect.

The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot.
I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour.

I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

Great location and genuine Lithuanian hospitality. Modern and well equipped with a fantastic restaurant that serves an impressive breakfast buffet, 24 hour gym, spa and even a casino. Situated close to a bus station, express Supermarket and within a short walk to major attractions.
