The administrator of the pool and sauna area was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend and I are 27 years old. As soon as we approached the sauna area, we were immediately asked, “Where are your parents?” After we replied that we are adults, the administrator started addressing me informally and speaking in a disrespectful manner. I truly did not expect to experience such unpleasant and humiliating treatment at this hotel.

Overcrowded hotel, poor qualification reception workers, spa zone with lots of people from the street, breakfast and diner like at the canteen, people who pay huge money for the stay and people who come for treatment and pay nothing eat together, so food is poor quality, you need to clear the dishes yourself, parking is full and you have to leave car in the street.

I’m on vacation now. The food is not tasty, everything tastes the same, and there are no options for vegans or people who are lactose intolerant. The atmosphere feels like a canteen, it’s very crowded, people keep pushing, and you have to clear your own dishes. The pool is small but new, the water is clean, yet it’s very noisy — the music is loud, and the atmosphere feels like a nightclub. People who are looking for quiet relaxation should not come here. At the pool, a huge screen shows nature videos and advertisements, which is very tiring — it would be nice to at least rest without ads. The rooms are good, and the bathrooms are renovated.

Cons: While making a reservation on their page, we wrote a message that we are coming for a honey moon. We kindly asked to prepare our room accordingly (if possible). Also we called administrators, and asked what were the difference between some types of rooms. Because they had different prices, but same descriptions. The answer was - nothing, it’s just a different price. So while expecting a better experience, we booked a better room. On the day we arrived, we received the room facing construction side/ ******* buildings instead of room facing the forest. To continue about the room, shower had very low water pressure (5 from 7 floor). Also air conditioner didn’t work (windows were closed, but still it wrote error). To tell more about not so pleasant things, hotel doesn’t have own free parking lots. Hotel pools and sauna you can use only once per day for 3 hours. If you leave after 1 hour, you can not come back. No smoking in that area, even outdoors. On the day of checkout pool and sauna is not included. Not all reception workers were pleasant. Pros: Rooms were cleaned very well every day, the food in cafeteria was fresh and very tasty every day. Good working tv with all actual working features. Close distance to the sea. Good wifi and good signal in the area. In general, good services, just a little bit overpriced

Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

The whole hotel and spa looked really relaxing, modern and easy to find. The hotel had a nice area and is quite close to the sea. It was quiet and peaceful. My family doesn't like crowded places so we had a really great place to relax. The reception was fast but didn't pay much attention to us (I don't remember the name but it was a dark-haired woman). The food was ok, nothing too fancy but tasty. We tried the new spa. The experience was different. The inside of the pools and saunas and the whole design is really interesting and very impressive. We also really liked the video and photos taken in the pool, we have never seen anything like it, really wow. However, the staff wasn't the most helpful. The administrator Sandra who worked there was too pushy, as I said, we like to relax and not talk about our whole life and plans with the staff, but come to the spa and relax. The employee seemed to "stuck" to us, asked a lot of questions, intruded into our lives, I would say she was rude in my opinion, but other workers kinda seemed to see whether people want to talk about their vacation or just say hello and go about their business. That unprofessionalism really showed. The place is really comfortable and innovative, allowing you to relax, but maybe they should train their staff, a small part of them, to be more professional.

The stay was amazing. We came with our son for the weekend and the atmosphere, food and procedures where amazing :) Cannot wait for the bigger pool to be finished and opened up. The only minus for the herb bath procedure the woman making @faces@ when I told her i do not understand Lithuanian language. I was i great mood but then doing 'silly faces'; to the customer? This should not have taken place. Also being in the bath looking at the cleaning supplied, chemicals was not amazing, the light could have been dimmed as well. Not the best view when you are trying to relax. Apart from that the experience was amazing. I do recommend getting dry bath the girls in radiotherapy were super friendly and amazing. I also went for the full body massage and it was sooo relaxing. This woman needs a rise! I did not get her name but she did look Asian. I do recommend the hotel, it have been great experience and we will definitely come back.

Food is very good and various. Pool zone is very small and too croudy. Dissapointment here. If you are for pools and saunas- definatly skip this place.
