Nothing wrong per se! Great location. Helpful reception staff. Miserable atmosphere. Bit like staying in a migrant hotel in the uk I’d imagine. Except with paying. Lots of coach parties here filling their pockets with fruit & breads at breakfast. Breakfast is very, very busy. Always did manage to get a seat but more good luck I think. Comparatively expensive in comparison to other similar places....

Rooms are big and clean. Single beds are small and mattress not high standard. Breakfast is relatively good but missing variety of bread and croassoint .Only boiled eggs no omelettes. There is a large parking lot outside the hotel, which is convenient for parking. It is a bit far from the city center, so it is suitable for self-driving. I just think the light in the room is very dim, and I personally don't like this lighting effect.

Perfectly nice hotel. Despite being on the outskirts, the location was very good for us, since it's quite close to the main open air concert venue of Vilnius. Service is beyond supreme - a room with two separate beds was booked (the only one available at the time) and we were moved to a double bed room. Front desk clerk offered to bring breakfast at 3:30am, since we were leaving early.

In character with the country it is a little basic than most, but the room is serviceable with a bath/shower and a TV.But no tea-making facilities. But the food waas very good and the evening meal was a lovely 3 course meal.

Hotel workers speaks Polish and English, no problem with communication. All very helpful and answering all questions, even checking things on the internet for us. Rooms are clean, no mold in bathroom. Breakfast are price included, but they are average.

Girl in reception did not seem very polite and I was surprised to find my room like that (pic). It seems someone was lying down in bed. Maybe cleaning lady got lazy. The rest is cool, apart I could hear my neighbour snoring.

It is a very cosy hotel. If it's ever fully booked, it would house around 70 guests in around 30 rooms. The location is perfect – two minutes away from the cathedral. Beautiful walls and ceilings with some old brick exposed in certain places. Soft lighting.

This is not a 4 star Hotel. The lack of basic features and details in the rooms and at breakfast makes it less enjoyable than a decent 3 star hotel in Lithuania. The design is recent but very plain and boring. Staff was inattentive and brisk. Otherwise friendly once you got their attention.

The hotel is located in a very central place, walking distance from the cathedral and the olds city. Rooms are large enough, but with steep stairs. Room #8 is highly not recommened, as the toilet is very inconvenient to use.

It's a very dynamic place, never know what to expect as service and overall quality varies from visit to visit. Sometimes they would offer an exceptional service in every aspect as well as excellent food quality and there are times when you may spend about 40 minutes waiting for a pint and receive cold food with it. But when it's good, it's absolutely worth it.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The location is great, close both to the city centre and the train and bus station. There is a big supermarket right opposite the hotel. The hotel has a good location, central and with a bus stop and supermarket nearby, and the breakfast is very complete and good. However, it lacks an elevator and cleaning of the rooms. Very basic overall not great besides location. It had no AC, no tissues, no real hand soap, no elevator, no conditioner. Booked double bed but got two seperate beds we had to put together. They cleaned our room even though we had the dnd sign.
