Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is nothing special but ok - clean rooms, towels and essentials.

I am really surprised how many negative reviews! We are coming here every summer and extremely happy every time. We always book directly from their website and take a half board packages where dinner is included (+2 glasses of wine and soft drinks for the kids). You can catch a fish yourself which is a nice entertainment especially with the kids. Tennis, boats, 1h of sauna included in the package...

Very beautiful nature, interesting architecture of the houses (in harmony with nature). Stone paths - wear comfortable, low shoes. But the entrance to house 18 is completely ill-considered. The door opens in the opposite direction and you have to get down on the ground, which is inconvenient if you don't have a suitcase or don't even have one. Good facilities and room service. Lovely breakfast was included in our stay package. The dinner at the restaurant was ok but not the best value for money. There were lots of other people visiting just to stay by the lake at the weekends for a small fee and it was impossible to find a reasonably quiet spot on Saturday or Sunday. Private beach in the description is definitely misleading.

The hotel is in excellent condition and perfect for a family with one child. We really appreciated that a baby cot was already set up in the room upon check-in. Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school. It offers a modern style design and decoration alongside a young atmosphere in the bar and a very competitive buffet breakfast. A good hotel in the center of Vilnius. Not the first time I stay. Breakfasts are good. Also paintings are everywhere on the walls, as if you are in a museum.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

I ate chicken and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was something special. On the other hand side dishes were just fantastic, especially grilled and oven baked vegetables. Be cautious: banquets might take place on weekends, so expect slow service (we waited 1,5 hours to get our orders). Service is quite good, though.

We had a wonderful stay at Ratonda Centrum Hotels. The room were spacious and clean. It could be made dark ind the night and there were almost no noise, neither from the street, nor from other guests. The hotel was situated in walking distance from most attractions. We were happy for ous stay.

The hotel room was quite old, and the heating wasn't sufficient in winter. The bathroom only had a tub, with no anti-slip mat provided. On the positive side, the breakfast restaurant was large and offered a good variety of food.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a large, modern bathroom. The reception staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Everything feels comfortable and well cared for. The only small drawback is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear what the neighboring guests are doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would gladly return.

Cool hotel for the price, breakfast was not comparable to higher priced hotels (160€/night) at all. The gym was better and bigger than at any other hotel I’ve been at. I only stayed there for a night so I can't speak about the facilities in detail, but I can talk about the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality. There is a direct bus to the airport (for 5 Euros). It is close to the Train Station and the Airport. Also, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. I wish I could stay in this hotel longer because I quite enjoyed it.

It has a youthful atmosphere, and young people or people who like pop music will probably like it very much. But one disadvantage is that the door cannot be closed gently, so when someone is resting in bed, someone can feel the vibration when opening or closing the door, which affects their rest.
