Trasalis - Trakai Resort & Spa in Trakai

We booked a room with double bed, it was 2 single beds pushed together, when we asked for extra matress to put on top, we were told that if we wanted a full bed we should've booked more expensive room, but it's not available at the moment :D staff is terrible, rooms are dirty and beds are really uncomfortable.. don't recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel ever. Maybe it was ok 5 years ago... Rooms are horrible... Towels were dirty, shower and toilet as well... Sofa bed was broken... I could have added more pics, but from the ones I did you can get the idea.

The Spa is ok. However foot massage was supposed to be 30mins and was finished in under 20. The rooms were clean but no heating and no contact numbers for reception, the remote for tv did not work. Minor things but i would stay clear of restaurant as its a health resort that doesn't understand what healthy food is. E.G ordered salad and got mayonnaise with some lettuce.
Completely drenched in the stuff.

As correctly noted below - broken time.
Was passing,only visited a SPA. Went at 12.00 half baths was a sign "open from 17.00". When you buy a ticket the administration of this is not reported. Do not give with bathrobes, Slippers (Slippers for extra charge). In the hearts of no soap.
Awkward the bracelet with the key to the simple locker.
Pool,three Jacuzzis, three slides with pool. Children may be fine, but for this price, the market is more interesting offers.

From picture in the webpage you can expect much more. Firstly, check in time was delayed for one hour,also check out time was made one hour sooner. That was just unpleasant. Food in restaurant wasn't good and it was expensive. Rooms clean but not nice, sofa had stains all over it and there was unpleasant smell in the room. Probably not coming back again

Hello! My experience in this hotel was pretty bad. When I came in my hotel room, I noticed used soap and shampoo in shower, long black hair in the sink and on the floor (they couldn't be mine as I have blonde hair) , big yellow spots on the bed sheets, a lot of dust hanging above the bed, and we didn't even have trash can in our room. Also we both had an allergic reaction from the chlorine in water entertainment centre. When maids came to clean our room, they just picked up those soap and shampoo papers, hair from the sink with tissue and they didn't change dirty bed sheets. I was very confused about this "cleaning". Overall I am very disappointed and ashamed, because these holidays were a birthday present for my boyfriend.
