Hotel managed to adopt to existing Covid-19 situation very well, made all stay contactless and I would say even more - humanless. Full self service with very friendly and helpful staff always on call if anything needed. Because of very few (or non at all) quests it feels a bit abandoned and lonely. But safe ;)

A great choice for a stay in Vilnius. The receptionists are excellent at their job, we 8 people "processed" in a few minutes. They were helpful and kind, provided all the necessary information. A very well situated hotel in the heart of the city. Tasty and rich breakfasts, clean rooms and a very affable staff. As a Platinum member of AccorClub, I was upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable room, thank you very much. Only one bottleneck that we encountered is the fact hotel does not have own parking amenity. A parking fee of EUR 2,50 per hour on a public underground parking is really not...

Closely connected to the city center and along the airport bus route 88 which also runs at night. Reception was quick and professional throughout my stay. Restaurant is overpriced however. The breakfast options are generally limited but ok. Rooms are spacious, offer everything needed, just the lighting is not optimal as there is no (artificial) light in the main part of the room.

Excellent room and hotel. There were major roadworks taking place just down the road from the hotel, but otherwise it was easy to access.

Excellent location of the hotel, polite staff, normal rooms, fast check-in. I liked everything.

The staff was very friendly AND professional, the food was very good, what I didn't like was that in order to have heat in the room, you have to call the reception and ask for their permission, even though it was a few degrees outside and we were freezing in the room. From the room you could not turn on or adjust the heat.

The Park Inn by Radisson in Vilnius is a must-see hotel, close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is warm and generous, and the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and the airport is easily accessible. Check-in was horrible. We were served by a very rude lady, with a bad attitude and a despotic attitude. I won't go into details, but she made us feel very bad.

Excellent service, the room is very spacious, has a hairdryer, iron, soap, body cream, shampoo. The bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean. Also, the hotel is very nice and very close to the airport.

It's just over 10 minutes' walk from the airport. The environment and facilities are OK. When I left the hotel, I didn't have breakfast because it was too early, so I specially provided a breakfast bag

Best hotel close to the airport. Personnel is very helping and you can grab a coffee and snacks for free when you have an early flight and don't take breakfast.
