Just returned from a fantastic stay at Pacai. What a wonderful base to explore the stunning old town of vilnius. The staff were simply superb and couldn't do enough to accommodate my needs ( even down to lending me a phone charger because mine wouldn't work) A gorgeous bar and a beautiful breakfast only added to the experience . The Pacai Hotel in Vilnius was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and the location in the heart of the Old Town is spectacular. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is really nice, but some of the men working there simply are liars. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car... I had an amazing stay at the Narutis Hotel. People were welcoming and helpful. The room was nice as well, it was cleaned every day. It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building. I stayed in the new building, and the hotel said the lobby was renovated this year (2025), and the rooms have also been renovated in recent years. It's very new!

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Small and cozy place. One pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas. But enough to have time to relax. When we arrived there were a lot of people. But for the last half hour we were left alone, because everyone probably left to get ready in time to go to dinner. The room was very simple, but comfortable. Soft bed. The Hotel itself consist of main building and separated houses. We stayed into the separate house, which is quite comfortable, has places for full (4 pers.) family, quite (can listen birds). To reach the SPA area or restoran (located into main building) need to walk, but just a few steps. The restoran Chief Cook and Team created very delicious and quite different menu. Hotel and room was clean. Comfortable bed. We get the room with not the best view :(. Hotel staff was very responsive and nice. The restaurant was ok, great food quality. Swimming pool water has too much chlorine, eyes started to sting. There are two great saunas near the swimming pool.

Very nice place to stay and eat ! The place gives a great 80’s luxury vibe. Very friendly staff, especially waitress Jolanta - incredibly thoughtful and nice person. Recomending this place from the bottom of my heart. Especially beautiful in wintertime..

Calm location, however not much to do outside. Great pool and saunas. Excellent breakfast! Avoid room 107!! Equipment noises half of the night to the point where even the bed vibrates!

My wife and I stayed here for several nights and we were so welcomed! They have the old school charm where they ask where you have been, ask what you would like to see, provide a map and highlight the special areas of interest. They even asked us quite often how our day was going and if my wife found the amber she was looking for. I wish I could remember the managers name. He was super friendly...

Amazing stay! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient—always willing to help with anything you need. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the 24-hour front desk was a huge plus. The rooms were spotless, and they were even kind enough to let me extend my stay. The stay was very nice, but the difference is made by the staff. Amazing people who help you with anything you need. Especially Regvita who is so kind and helps you even with directions for the best restaurants nearby. Truly appreciated her guidance and amazing conversational skills. I also noticed that everyone at the reception speaks very good English and you don’t find this everywhere in Lithuania

I arrived at 2 am, there was a pleasant welcome, the room was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained and equipped with a bottle of water, tea, coffee and sugar. The room was spacious and cozy, there is a bathtub and a shower, really the user's choice. There was an HD TV which was excellent even though there weren't many channels, and it still seemed high quality. The room was cleaned late at night...

Clean and comfortable hotel well situated close to bus stops and train station. Easy to get to the river for the museums, parks and castle etc. These lovely people found my new iPad I left at breakfast and kept it safe at reception til I arrived back in the evening and realised I had lost it. Can’t ask for more than that!

I had a very positive experience with a large group booking for a work event. The hotel is really great, very conveniently located and with an excellent breakfast buffet. The sales department was also extremely helpful during the booking process. I would definitely recommend lodging here.

I stayed in a superior double, which was large and over looked the back of the hotel so was really quiet! However the rooms are very old fashioned decor, and whilst the bathroom was big it had a cheap shower cubicle and an inspiring shower head. Bed was comfortable with a choice of very soft or just soft pillows. Breakfast was well stocked but when a coach party were also in the 2 coffee machines ...

I liked everything, especially the location and breakfast. However, the window in my single room was very difficult to open. I had to first stand on a chair, then on the table, because the table completely blocked access to the window unless you stood on it.

Congress Avenue Hotel turned out to be an excellent base for exploring Vilnius. It’s right on Gedimino Avenue, so everything from cafés to museums is just a short walk away. The hotel's location is excellent, making it a convenient walk to the old town. However, the hotel itself is quite hidden, seemingly located in an office building. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Parking is difficult to find there, so there are paid parking spaces behind the hotel, which is fine.
