Extremely basic.Dont spoil your holiday by staying here. No bodywash or shampoo supplied. Just a dispenser on the wall dispensing a "2 in 1" something which you are supposed to use.. No hairdryer, no ironing board.No anything. To enjoy your holiday, stay somewhere else.

When I booked a hotel a few days ago, the photos shown were all fake (now the photos are real). The photos looked high-end, so I placed the order. When I arrived at the site, it was actually the second floor of a small bungalow on the street. It doesn't matter if the room is small and the environment is poor, the key is that the boss is dishonest. Although the environment is different from the photos, I still asked the boss to take me to the room to have a look. The room is very small and simple, with a bed and a bedside table and no space. I said that the room is too small and I want to cancel the order. The boss was very polite and said it was okay. I kept thanking him when I left. Later, Ctrip contacted me and said that the boss agreed to cancel, but it would be charged for paid cancellation. In the end, Ctrip could not reach an agreement through communication, so Ctrip refunded me. It was a very unpleasant experience. This is the first time I have spent so much time on serious comments. I hope everyone will not step on the pit.

Very bad accommodation experience

I booked a Standard King Room from Agoda and paid RM54 but upon check in, madam said I must add RM31 in order to check in. She is selling the room for RM 85 instead. Plus there's a RM100 deposit in cash which is only refundable if the bedsheets are not stained by soda drinks and the toilet is not blocked by sanitary pads. The room is clean and WiFi is fine but there is no kettle, no hairdryer, no windows in the room and the space is a little small. I can get better price on OYO with better facilities. Sorry no second time. I had to cancel the second night which is not yet paid. Agoda does not allow me to submit a review so I am doing it here to warn others of this hidden charge. At check out, she didn't call housekeeping to check on the bedsheets and the toilet before refunding me the deposit of RM100, so all that intimidation is just that. She also warned that if I had checked out a few minutes later, I would have been charged more! Who needs that?

Was guided to our table but sat there for minutes with no menu given. When asked for the menu, the waiter just brought over the drink menu and left with the least care about us or even try asking whether we need the food menu. Food and drinks were served slow, staff didnt even notice we were not given any sauces. Not sure whether this happens on weekend but do please keep the standard consistent. Disappointed with such standard provided by the restaurant.

Good affordable food here, however the pizzas are too small, Especially with a group of 6. It was a bit of a culture shock as I'm from Sydney. We do it big in Sydney.

Sometimes went there for its Pizza Hut Lunch Xpress. Price starts from Rm10.90. Value for money. As usual always tastes good. Staff service to customers are good.
