Hii-5 Hotel in Kota Kinabalu

Not very clean, outside noisy, gave me a room with a broken shower. Later, change it, in that room AC was leaking, beacause of that plug point below is wet. Main light was not working.
I am so dissapointed about the hotel.

However, I am more disappointed about trip.com. Considering the room situation I asked them to reduce my stay to one night, although they did it I will have to wait 7-10/14 days for that

Then, I asked them to help me to check in early to the next hotel I booked through them. But their team never wanted to help me for that. Continuously their agents told me we can not reach the hotel, so, my whole day was wasted. Finally, as a compensation they offered me coins and then RM 30 cash. They thought money can resolve the struggle I had to face throughout the day. Also, when I specifically asked them not to call me to make me further distress, their customer care agents deliberately neglected and call me 3 times.

Therefore, I would like to let other people know, when you are booking via these third party apps be very careful. The facilities they mention in thier plarforms are not accurate. When some issue arise they only pretend they are trying to help you but only thing they do is passing time by lying to you. They wasted my whole trip, I do not wish to use this app anymore.
