Strategy location nearby to Mall and lot of restaurant.
By walking can found lot of souvenir shop and food easily to found here. Hotel very clean n good service.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I have to this time. The room is tiny and doesn't match the photos. It's definitely not the advertised 15 square meters, more like 10 at most. The beds are narrow and short, only 180 cm. There isn't even a proper table, just a shelf screwed to the wall. No closet, very little space. The hotel is run-down, very tired, and in need of renovation. There's a constant feeling of dirtiness around, which made it uncomfortable. To top it off, on Saturday night, a Sunday market sets up in the courtyard, so you won't get any sleep. Out of three nights, I only managed to sleep one. It was either the market, people singing under the windows, or a child crying half the night. In short, I can only thank them for a trip to hell; I guess this is what it's like. And the price wasn't even that cheap, especially considering the lack of a fridge, free water, and toiletries. In my opinion, it's better to avoid this hotel, pay an extra 5-7 dollars, and stay somewhere quiet, clean, and spacious.

The hotel look nice and comfortable to stay. Cleanliness is good . For the amenities only soap dispenser there. But overall good.

Location is great. right on spot on Saturday Gaya night market and morning market on Sunday. Only difficult to find parking due to the function of night market. luckily in front is pay hotel parking.

The hotel location is very excellent for many different interests can be found within the perimeter of the hotel.
The reception michel was nice and professional,hotel needs a bit of updating especially on the wall of the rooms otherwise is ok.
Size of the room was reasonable and with queen bed ok,
Cleaning and changes of linen was fantastic too,shout out to the cleaning ladies.
Reasonable price with shops down stair and small bakery in the house good idea.

So far, the price cheap. Only the room we stay… quite have noisy at midnight. Room also so so saja. We get the last room…. The lift vry small 1. Toilet ini the room also vry small …only 1 slide door only. If u bath, other 1 cant use toilet… hahahah

Very good location to stay on Friday and Saturday as 2 minutes walk to Gaya Weekend market. Near shoppings. Basic room but enough as only to sleep at night. Easy to find food. Chinese, halal Malay, western and street night market food.

You cn buy fabric qround the area and customize ur own thingy with the variety of tailors here.
Some Tailor has been there since even 40years ago.
As pocture seen, u can tailored for some traditional kadazan wear here. Not many is doing the traditional outfit nowadays.
There is a night market below the bridge too.
Many tourist will be having durian there.
A famous chinese hawker who sell 菜头糕 worth a try too
Just rubbish everywhere. U can see empty bottles everywhere. Be careful with your belongings too.

Occasional stench of urine in the morning. Watch out for garbage and liquor bottle thrown from 2nd floor.

Good coffee but price point is way too high. You would expect to get a good price compared to buying from the grocery but you won't. A box of 12 is price at 12RM but when you go to Miliwema, a pack of 15 is only 13RM.
