The DM Hotel is located near to the city centre. Can easily accessible to the city centre by taking grab around 10 minutes. This hotel aslo near to the Sabah Golf Club and Tun Fuad Stephen Jogging Track. The hotel also near to the Citimall, one of the most local favorite shopping mall.

It is a good place to stay as there's many food choices around. It is also just a 10-15 mins drive away from the hotel to the airport which makes it even more worth it.

hotel facilities very poor. during 20 minutes before my check-out suddenly balckout and lift not functional. i have to carry my own 20kgs luggage from level 3 to lobby by staircase.
