Spacious and clean room. The best thing is the rain shower with high pressure and is hot in temperature. Had a pleasant stay with family for a night.

Smooth and fast check-in service. Abundance parking spaces located in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Moderate breakfast spread and the food were nice. Our second time here, definitely will come again.

comfy bed and pillow...however no more carpet in the room....feet got cold and uncomfortable to walk...other amenities okay...good location and free parking

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and the beach, and the rooms are quite spacious with good air conditioning. However, the mosque next door broadcasts its call to prayer at 6 AM, which can be disruptive to sleep. Also, there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, which is a bit inconvenient.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Raia Sabah. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm and suitable for both families and business travelers.
Overall, Hotel Raia Sabah offers good value for money, comfort, and quality service. I would recommend it and would consider staying here again.

Super friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, and a clean bathroom. Our 3-day, 2-night stay at Hotel Raia was totally worth it!

My choice of stay in Kota Kinabalu.
Huge room, great bed & pillows , quite area near city, plenty of parking space . Nice Breakfast with verities. Complete Room amenities with iron & ironboard. They also provide toothbrush in the room. i must also mention the shower has good water pressure.
Definitely will come back to Raia Hotel in my next visits to KK.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.The bathroom was very clean. Overall, the hotel very nice to stay. Parking available. Near attraction Kota Kinabalu town.
