KK Times Square Hotel in Kota Kinabalu

Room was very rundown & towels provided was quite dirty. TV was not working. Overall not a comfortable stay

The location is very good, Locate at the landmark Imago shopping mall with all luxury boutiques and Everrise department stall. Many restaurants. Near airport. Airplane noise may be a concern but acceptable. KK Time Square Hotel is not as good as described in Trip.com. The price included tax RM2XX per night is mostly paid for the location instead of the room. Staff is not helpful. We have large luggage and there is stairway in front of the Lift, nobody will help you. The Lift is outside the hotel front office. Anyone can access your doorway or room without security guards. We don't feel safe. The television has no line, the telephone has no line, and the sofa is dirty. No detachable shower head. Bathtub water is leaking to the wooden floor. Wifi cannot connect. An extra blanket charged RM30 each. I will not recommend this "hotel" at this pricing and facilities.
