rooms are basic, a bit dark but power, fan and aircon is working fine. i was staying during low season so it was really nice to have a slow morning with a free breakfast (toast, eggs, ramen) and chill in the community space, there was not a lot of other guests tho. not really sociable. walkable distance to nice food spots, malls and waterfront. the reception and housekeeping is really friendly

I loved this hostel. Everything was really nice, comfortable and clean. Friendly, helpful, staff. Perfect location. Washing machine available to use for free. Awesome common room area for hanging out, eating etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again. I am 63 and it really suited me, a great vibe.

Great location, charming hostel

Really nice place with great staff. We went to Brunei and back and they kept our bags and were really great in organising an early morning airport transfer. Got some good sleep here, though it is worth noting they are right on Gaya Street. Fantastic location but if you have a city view room, you will get the noise of the market and everyone taking apart their stalls to go home until quite late night...

Very clean hotel. The best thing is that it's located in Suria shopping mall. Hotel breakfast was so good.

2nd floor’s rooms are very noisy because the mall’s carpark located in 4th floor. The dewatering pipe in the bathroom is clogged. There is a spider net at the corner of the ceiling.

Second time staying here and we still enjoyed out stay at Grandis. One things i just need to addrrss. our bedsheet not properly set neatly.. Thank you.

Right across from the Hyatt Centric, this hotel offers great value for money. It's located in the same building as a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. The breakfast is just okay, but there was no extra charge for children under 1.3 meters.

I stayed alone for three nights, and the hotel's location is indeed very convenient. It's close to the pier and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which makes getting around and buying things very easy. This is its biggest advantage. However, the room was ridiculously small. There was basically no space to even open my luggage on the floor, and this isn't even a Japanese capsule hotel...
