Always my go to homestay, if family datang. Bilik besar gilor. Easy access ke mana2, CP, Imago, Suria. The only thing nda siok, kadang pool tutup. Haha

The room is larger, with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The location is very good. Shopping and dining around are very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic! The house is a bit older, but the price is very reasonable and suitable for a family trip.

I stayed in a B&B a few years ago. This time I came to Kota Kinabalu with my family of six and booked this one directly. We all go to the market to buy seafood by ourselves. The basic supplies in the kitchen are all available. The boss is Chinese and is super nice. If you want to eat in Kota Kinabalu, you can just ask the boss in VX and she will reply instantly. its very strategic area for traveling but not suitable if you plan to bring your kids for swimming pool because the swimming pool is always under maintenance . we had to move to other block for the swimming pools. had to wait for 30 minutes just to wait tenants from other block to open the door at the lobby.

Didn't expect much for the price, but the duvet was too thick. Even with the AC set to its lowest (16 degrees Celsius), it wasn't enough. The duvet might have been clean, but it looked a bit dirty.

Good value hotel. Pro: Free bottled water, and free water filter at the ground floor. The staff are polite. Clean room.Close to gaya street. Con: The bathroom has a bad smell on rainy days (that's normal, just leave the windows of the bathroom open)

Not bad but some of the staff's are so moody and inflexible. Btw the blanket and bed sheet is quite new and clean.

Love the staycation there. The room might be a bit smaller but it does what it does so not an issue at all. Though I do hope they prepare iron and the ironing board as well.

Great value for money, very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The area around the hotel is very lively. I really enjoyed this hotel and was satisfied with my stay. I'd recommend it if I visit KK again.

The hotel can be quite dark at night, and if you're not paying attention, you'll easily miss the turn-off. They really should install a street light at the junction.

Came here because it's walking distance to Gleneagles. Location is extremely strategic. However, service is not upto par and the price paid. RM183 for 1 night. The WiFi is barely functioning, can't even scroll Netflix. The water was dirty after on the tap. Much improvement is needed

No fridge. Charged phone and heated kettle on the floor because no table beside socket points. Shower nozzles something wrong, water just falling out like a waterfall. Molds on toilet tiles. Blurry TV, might as well dont hv one.. Lift poorly lighted. One side of the lighting has blown. Its easily noticeable by your staff who cleans room. Towels are old. Time to renovate. KK Times Square is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk across the road to Imago Mall. The DM Hotel is located near to the city centre. Can easily accessible to the city centre by taking grab around 10 minutes. This hotel aslo near to the Sabah Golf Club and Tun Fuad Stephen Jogging Track. The hotel also near to the Citimall, one of the most local favorite shopping mall.

It is a good place to stay as there's many food choices around. It is also just a 10-15 mins drive away from the hotel to the airport which makes it even more worth it.

When we first entered the room, I really liked the ocean themed interior. But what turned me off a little was a cockroach welcoming us first 😂. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement, especially insect control. Overall, it’s okay for the price and suitable for a short stay. 😀

The location are superb, convenience for food & for work. staffs are friendly. the only shortfall is the aircond is not cold. Event though the staff offer us to change room but as we are only business trip, by the time we reach back the room it's late at night & tired. they should inspect the room before sell out to customer

Price very cheap. Hotel near to imago, only walking distance. Have 24hr laundry, convenient store and restaurants nearby.

Several things were broken in the room, which they fixed; overdue maintenance throughout the building; shabby elevator, hallways, etc., but the location is good.

Shorcoming 1. Door safety lock (dari dalam) rosak. Unable to safely latch the main door. 2. No door in shower room - causing floor wet and slippery (I slipped & almost fall down - dangerous for warga emas) 3. No coffee or tea courtesy service (Small point but means a lot) NOTE: I did not find any of the above when I stayed there before (previously).

I am satisfied. The staff is also very friendly. Amenities are all available and delivered directly to the room. Close to the mall so it's easy to find food. Overall is ok.

The cleanliness and hygiene were on par with the price, but the bed, at least by my standards, was clean. The staff were very friendly and the location in a bustling area was a plus. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine for a one or two-night stay.

Well localed woth friendly staff and has an overall friendly vibe. Showers and bathrooms need better care but it wasn't that bad.

A thorough cleaning of its bathrooms which needed repair of its fittings such as leaky bidet, broken locks on folding doors, etc. Bathroom walls and heater and water hoses full of fungus and soap stain, toilet seats need replacement, lots of cobwebs too. Makes me uncomfortable with the bathroom hygiene. Am not sure why I was given bedsheet instead of blanket. And pillow case is torned at its seam...

Location is walking distance to nightmarket especially good for durian and dragonfruit and seafood. The negative is there was no breakfast as advertised except for packet of coffee and wifi did not work

Hotel ideally located. Close to eateries, shopping mall i.e. Center Point. and shops. Room found clean with hot water shower. Only snag water pressure in the bathroom found low. Other than that everything else was marvelous. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Rate was quite cheap, Will stay there again in the future God willing. Thank you.

It is located in the centre of town and quite accessible to some tourists attraction. If you are not picky then you can come here just to rest during the night time.

For the money room's more than ample and you couldn't have a better location for a short stay. Easy access to the Waterfront and eateries around the place. Previous guest must have left milk in the bag fridge and it took me some time to find out where the bad odour was coming from. Ooh btw the WiFi kept dropping off, even after I had front desk came to reset the modem, which is a little bit frustrating...

The room is cozy.. but the heater provided in my room isn't working and I need to go to my friend's room for water heater. Still 5 ⭐ for the room.

So far, the price cheap. Only the room we stay… quite have noisy at midnight. Room also so so saja. We get the last room…. The lift vry small 1. Toilet ini the room also vry small …only 1 slide door only. If u bath, other 1 cant use toilet… hahahah

Room is ok just a small space like no area to walk. No lift it’s use stairs so if u guys cannot use stairs to climb to the up level. Better not stay this place. Some amenities is not working well like iron, fan and the water heater.

This hotel is great place to stay where u fell like at home coz of it is cozy Only thing they dont have elevator. So those who have trouble to climb ladder, skip this hotel.

Nice and cozy but a bit tired to go on the high floor because we late night check in but it’s okay. Only the hair dryer switches button is not really functional, so you need to pull out the plug to turn it off. Overall it’s good

Nice stay at Hotel Kooler Inn - basic hotel with clean rooms. Good service from the staff and we were able to store our bags safely before and after check in which helped. Only reason for 4 stars was the wifi was awful and made it very hard for us tourists to plan so we ended up going elsewhere to find wifi at times.

It takes minute of walking from the hotel to the every places that we wanted to go. It was cost saving. The hotel is very clean. Dustless is what I admired the most. I will repeat to book this hotel in the future.

This hotel is suitable for those on a budget and is comfortable enough. It's located downtown, surrounded by many shops and a lively atmosphere. But the stairs are incredibly steep and quite a climb!

The room was very tidy, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff added me on WeChat and sent me important information and tips, which made communication very easy. I especially want to praise them for this: I left a small bag (with my ID card) on the plane, and the front desk helped me contact the airport. Very close proximity to gaya street morning market, malls, and also eateries. Despite situated on a roadside, we were able to sleep comfortably at night as we could hardly hear the sound from the night market. The receptionist is also quite friendly and toiletries were provided upon request. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here

Although the room was small, it was very comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location on Gaya Street, super close to the jetty, Suria Sabah Mall, and the Central Market. Downstairs, there are various Bak Kut Teh and Sang Yuk Mian (pork noodle) stalls, as well as local restaurants, which is very convenient. 👍 On Friday and Saturday evenings, there's the Gaya Street Night Market, and on Sunday mornings...

It is a good 2 to 3 star hotel for a budget short stay. With the cheapest price tag of around RM70ish, it provide you with basic needs, hot water system, split unit aircond, card access doors and lift. Furnitures and linens however a bit worn out, some air-conditioning unit not efficient, but overall it is sufficient for a good night sleep.

Booked a room with 3 single bed. Since its Ramadan, the room is too cramped for sahur with 3 people.. but other than that, its a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Newly renovated, very nice staff and had a good location. Had clean bed sheets, good air con and TV for just cheap affordable price with fast WiFi. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.
