Pine Garden Hotel in Kuching

It’s was a long time since the last time I stay here. So automatically check in and booking for 3 night room 8405. Then on top on the 12/12 extra room . Deluxe king room 8415. First day check in was disappointed as the bidet to wash the buttock is not functioning. We did not ask to change room or maintainance. Only card in active. 
My guess is after this stay we will not recommend anyone to stay here. Today we r going to check out. And this mornign was asked th house keeper to change a tower so that we can take a clean shower before flying off but it was refused. Th housekeeper said need to pay rm 30 for the towel to change.  The point is today we check out so we r still in the room and can use the facility. This is upon the worst hotel service . As swabing a clean towel also will be charged. I have been travel almost a lot of places. This can be said is the worst ever service I had come across. I will not recommend and of my frens or relative to stay here. Very bad experience until the day check out!

Everything was just okay. The water from the faucet had a strange, drain-like smell, which was really unpleasant. 🤢
