1. ? I don't see any of drinking water provided at hotel room.
2. Please repair you're bathroom glass door before it falling apart

This is my third time stay at Nova Kuching, to be honest, not really excellent and the room is clean but inside the toilet, it has been twice i go there with a toilet flush that cannot be used. Also, blackout suddenly, room 306, then we have been replace with another room. I stay there for 3 days and 2 night, and there is no housekeeping for that 2 days, no refill any water or replace towel, we have to wash the towel by our own seem we really care a lots regarding the hygience. And the rest is good, no problem at all. I give 6/10 for this hotel ^^

Hotel is ok, easy area to walk around the city of Kuching. Close to the waterfront. You can eat sugar apong ice cream.

Gave me a room with air con fan not working and told me it take 30 min for the air con to turn on. Changed to another room upon my insistence, and the air con was still not cold. Dirty toilet and bed. Room smell bad.

Cheap and comfortable hotel. The room is clean and big, although check-in is slow after 12 midnight but still smooth. Will repeat if I come to Kuching again
