I would like to confirm whether your resort is still in operation. Your instructions requested that we inform you of our expected arrival time in advance, which we attempted to do. However, despite multiple phone calls, no one answered.

When we arrived at the resort, the premises were closed and appeared empty, making it impossible for us to check in or stay. I have also sent an email requesting a refund, but have yet to receive any response.

Given the lack of communication and the situation we encountered, I am concerned and would like to know whether this is a legitimate operation or potentially a scam.

The place is secluded and quiet. If you are looking for a getaway from your busy life, this is a good place to consider. I think only Digi has cell coverage here, Maxis definitely zero. They have wifi but it's not stable. They go by chalets of different sizes and each is equipped with a karaoke set. Overall I think it's quite pleasant to stay if there not too many people in your group.

Located in a nature atmosphere deep in the forest .Staffs are very friendly n helpful especially their supervisor . American breakfast ,swimming pool n karaoke 🎤 provided.
Overall we had a relaxing n peaceful stay . Needed more maintenance in order to up keep this lovely Bali style Villa.

If you like the wilderness then you’ll be fine here. We were the only guests in the resort and the service was over attentive to the point we were uncomfortable. The doors did not lock so did not sleep well, worrying that someone would get into the room. There was a shared outside toilet and shower. The general state of the buildings was poor, and incredibly expensive for what we got. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Good place for a short getaway from crowded and noisy city. Located inside jungle😍resort built by wood (bali style) very nice 😍 Got swimming pool, steamboat bbq pit and karaoke system. They can help us prepare everything and got shuttle service pick you up. Very suitable with friend and family gathering !👍 next time i will come again 🥹

It’s a nice place to organise an event like team building with colleagues or friends.
The person in charge that I deal with, was very professional and details. Thanks for their patient to answer all my questions one by one As I really asked many questions. All the information were given clearly, example transportation, food etc. If you need all the arrangements (transportation/food) can inform them YES or NO. Free transportation, breakfast included, but not for lunch and dinner. They do assist on preparing lunch and dinner , but a chargeable, so you may decide by your own. Nice environment, nice atmosphere.

The water in the room was cut off in the middle of the night, and when we checked out, the two employees looked on and didn't help us carry our luggage. We moved it up and down the stairs several times, and there was no service at all.

It is an Insta-friendly resort. I have taken many beautiful photos. However, I wish the resort can be maintained in a better way. Termite treatment shall be applied immediately to sustain the natural resort and facilities. It was observed that there was limited resources that the workers were multi-tasking as drivers, admin, waiters, cleaners and etc.
