The room is considered ok, the service is good, but I have already stayed. There is no drinking water in the room. There is only a kettle. Overall, it is considered ok. There is no drinking water provided. The atmosphere is like being at home or a homestay in Ayutthaya.

Terrible experience , dusty dirty,spider web on cycling, whole on cycling , water out from toilet get wet every way, water sink just beside bed, insecure simple lock.

Nice comfy old-style rooms at affordable rates in a quiet neighbourhood. Penang should have more of these.

The room is very smelly. We share a room with 6 people but the toilet cant even fit 1person. The roof has little holes around it. The tv has awfully poor connection. I cant even breathe with how small this room for 6 person. Even worse than my dorm in high school. Would never recommend.

Cockroach infested rooms, did not stay the night because we found a few cockroaches flying around and the reception staff threatened not to refund our money, still waiting for the promised refund from 26th Dec..
Staff are also very rude, was told to expect the cockroaches as it’s a budget hotel, ridiculous!

Got something crawling on my roof. Got 1 time rats playing around my roof. and 2 nyte got like snakes on my roof?!! like seriously?? check again..because around here got alot of pokok2. But i think tht nyte is snakes. Because i have recorded on my room, we have a hole on the roof. And i can see, they didnt close the hole that have a wire. and i think there is a snake . Like hujung2 roof on my room. Idk, but i think its true. Hurmm.. Please check the whole hotel roof. and inside the room. lame

Ive had a bad experience . Gave us a room aircond doesn’t work. When we asked to cancel and ask for refund 30% the hotel doesn’t want to co-operate.

They changed us to another room where aircond is working but the toilet pump is broken. I feel cheated and will not consider to stay here again.

Cleanliness is poor. Saw cat poop next to the stairs . Saw spot on the bedsheet and the ceiling fan full with dust.

Never ever going to stay here . The owner is arrogant!

First option if I visit Penang. Very affordable. Near glugor n the best part is near the pasar Tun Sardon eating place - medan selera which best place to have your breakfast penangite style. Recommended.
