The rooms were clean and nice. You get the most from what you paid for with this budget hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Memee, were so accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent since it’s a short ride away from RECSAM, or Georgetown, or Queensbay, or even from the airport. Will definitely recommend this to tourists especially those who are budget-conscious but still want to experience great service.

My recent experience at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing. The cost was exorbitant considering what was provided in return. The room was incredibly small, poorly designed, and unclean, with unwelcome guests in the form of ants, insects, and even lizards. The furnishings and bathroom were in deplorable condition, and the staff's behavior was far from professional – they were quite rude, and room service was non-existent. It's evident that the hotel's cleaning and maintenance practices were lacking in proper care and attention. The incessant noise around the hotel, combined with all the issues mentioned, made it impossible to have a peaceful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only good thing about this hotel is its location in Gelugor (near to USM). However, with their prices, there are much better hotels to be found in Georgetown.

There are cockroaches in the room, the room is not cleaned every day and the whole time I was here, the room was not cleaned.... there is no air freshener in the room and the condition of the electric cup and thermos is not very clean... tissues are also not provided.... overall not at all satisfying
