Decent hotel stay for both solo and family travellers. The hotel is conveniently located near many retail shops and is easily accessible. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Everything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets.

What you pay is what you get. Overall is clean. Very basic. The hotel is quite hidden but near to city centre.  Can be improved and if just for a night stay will be ok not more. Nothing around the hotel area.

For the price especially just for a night’s stay it’s pretty decent. It opened in 2012 and it definitely looks and feels its age. The deluxe family room is nice and spacious but everything else seems weathered. It’s in a good central location for those who know Ipoh well. Had an overnight stay at this hotel - overall, it’s a decent budget option if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. I booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, it still smelled like cigarette smoke. The location is strategic with easy access to nearby eateries. Parking is limited, the hotel only has two dedicated spots, and the rest are paid public parking. All in all, it was an okay stay.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Check in/out was fast and smooth.The staff was friendly. Very affordable room for a night's stay. The toilet was clean, TV did not have many programs to view but was still fine to watch. Hotel location is fine with me. It's within walking distance to eateries (fast food, local Malaysian and western cuisine).
