Great experience staying here with my family members. Close to shopping mall and the main attractions.

Facilities in this hotel not bad, they have rooftop golf, pickleball, game room, swimming pool, table tennis, co-working area, meeting room, gym room, etc. Their breakfast restaurant is spacious but breakfast choice is surprisingly quite limited and slow in refill. The parking area is the worst ever, the parking space very narrow, really don't understand how their architect design the parking space...

Great location, and the room was new and clean. The bed was decent, and the AC was perfectly cold. The water pressure in the shower was just right. The bathroom mirror was well-lit, making it easy to do makeup. It also came with a full-length mirror, and the pillows were soft.

Good location link to shopping mall ipoh parade that has jaya grocer and many food. Location near to attractions like concubine lane, cave temple, mirror lake, night market. Aeon malls.

Overall a good stay. Good breakfast. Good location that just right beside a mall. Comfort of the bed not that good for a five star hotel. But still acceptable.

Room lighting is dim and cosy unfortunately, not convenience for ladies who want to do make-up. There is no mirror on the desk. The big mirror is located near the room’s entrance door which is quite dim and dark. Ladies have to stand and do make-up plus can not see clearly. For man, the toilet mirror and lighting position make it difficult to see too. Others no complain.

The breakfast offers a good variety, catering well to Chinese tastes. The soy milk is quite good; it doesn't taste like instant, and thankfully lacks that raw, beany flavor you sometimes get from freshly ground. The room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the beds are too small – two single beds aren't ideal for a family of three.

Decent hotel, toilet was abit old and you can visually see cracks at certain part. Carpet in the room feels old. Other than that staff was nice and daily cleanings were as expected. Location was great not too far from the 20 minutes drive out of town to housing areas and 5-10 minutes to town area.

We were accommodated in a refurbished room which was nice and clean. It’s located at a Din Sum eateries area with about 4 of 5 old time names like Ming court. The hotel's location is its biggest advantage. It's just over a 10-minute walk from the train station, and major attractions like Ipoh's Concubine Lane are also within a 10-minute radius. The hotel restaurant offers a nice view, but cleanliness is an issue. There were cockroaches in the room, clearly visible in the bathroom for two days. I'm not sure how the room cleaning was done.

We stayed for three nights at Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat and it was a wonderful experience to unwind and relax. The steam and salt caves were amazing, and the main pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature. The setting and surroundings are incredible. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel exterior and rooms seems to have some update. Room is quite clean, shower water pressure is good, staff is friendly. Preferred to stay this hotel because it’s near to Gunung rapat and Ampang. Environment is rather quiet than town area. Fireworks can be seen during the festive. It’s easy to get snacks and drinks as the 99 supermarket is just next to this building and walk 100m to a Mamak restaurant nearby for roti canai and tea tarik. Price is cheaper than any other hotels in Ipoh.

The hotel room is clean but has mosquitoes. Have provide toothbrushes The basement parking is limited and the entrance is small so large vehicles need to be careful. The hairdryer is in the room and the air conditioning is slow and cold. If you check in in the afternoon the room will be very hot. The soundproofing is poor and if your room is near the road with windows you can hear the noise.

This is a local budget hotel chain, the location is very near to Tambun Sunway Lost World, walking distance to the theme park, near by also have many Malay Foods Restarants. Parking is convenient but remember to pay parking coupon during office hours.

Self check-in was a bit of a hassle. Oh, and here's a heads-up: if you don't have RM50, you can't check in. They ask for a RM50 cash deposit. I saw some people who wanted to stay but didn't have the cash and had to leave, which was really inconvenient. The room was cramped and not worth it. You also have to buy your own toiletries.
