Decent hotel stay for both solo and family travellers. The hotel is conveniently located near many retail shops and is easily accessible. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Room is very nice.Easy parking but the hotel is quite far from the road just behind the building

Bathroom cleanliness was very disappointing. There was visible mold around the toilet area, walls, and floor corners, and the bathroom had a strong moldy smell. Additionally, the bedroom room floor was plain cement and did not match the photos shown on the booking platform. This seriously affected my comfort during the stay. Cleanliness and hygiene need major improvement.

Overall a simple hotel to stay for the night. Just the curtain look dusty and sticky when try to get some daylight from the window

Everything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets.

What you pay is what you get. Overall is clean. Very basic. The hotel is quite hidden but near to city centre.

Receptionist is nice and helping. Easy process to check in and ample parking space. But when we check in there's a guy lying down at sofa at reception area. Well since we check in late night and come with a family, we did feel a bit worried of that situation even if the guy meant no harm. But it's not a good repo to have that at area of guest check-in. Overall the room lighting is gloomy but bed is spacious and can fit up to 6 pax in family room which is nice. This hotel is really for you to sleep and rest only.

Price worth. Location near to town. Cleanliness not the best but still acceptable. Television missing remote. Should add one more rubbish bin inside the room. Top lock not working. Front desk service was very friendly & good. Parking was good, free and a lot availability.

the service were okay, the room amenities were justified with the price you pay. but the wifi here very slow. kinda hard for me to do my work. but overall i love the stay here. room smells nice, bedsheet also smells nice but the bathrooms needs a little more cleaning
