Friendly customer service. Nice food and beverages. The hotel located at middle of the town.

Overall, our stay was okay and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is nice and looks good, but the furniture seems a bit old, which might be why there was some dust and a slight smell in the room (nothing too strong).

In terms of cleanliness, the room could use more frequent cleaning. There was dust on the bedside table, phone, curtains, cabinet, and the table in the room. When placing food on the table, ants appeared quite quickly, so the table needs to be wiped more regularly.

As for the toilet, it was generally clean, but some extra cleaning would be appreciated, especially in certain areas that were slightly dirty. If there are any damaged parts, it might be good to replace or repair them.

Overall, the experience was still okay, but improving cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s location is very strategic, right in the city center. The staff provided excellent and friendly service.
However, the condition of the restrooms on Level 1 near the cafeteria was quite disappointing — out of four restrooms, only one was usable as the others were clogged. Hopefully, the hotel management will take steps to improve this.

The hotel is clean, in a great location, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are complete. Highly recommended.

This is not my first time staying here. The service is superb. The room is spacious, clean.. Food for breakfast is varities.. Location is attached to Billion Supermarket. Affordable price. Recommended👍👍👍
