Stayed at this hotel in Kota Bharu and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location is central, with a few cafés and convenience stores just in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the pool and restaurant were closed due to upgrading works during our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in Kota Bharu and a good choice for both short and long visits.

This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment.

The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay.

The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed.

The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food.

Overall, we had a nice night here.

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

Located at the compound of Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium, in a 2 storey stand alone building (opposite KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital).

Hotspot restaurant due to its strategic location. There a drive through service.

They have average supervisors & staffs which need to be improved their behaviour in dealing with customers.
