The hotel location at Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, Kota Sri Mutiara, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The hotel joint with Billion shopping complex. The room just ok with cold air conditioning. The staff hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast just ok. Parking is free provided by the hotel.

We were here for 2 nights during CNY. The room is big enough and beds are comfortable. Location is nesr to Siti Khatijah market and other eateries.

Nice stay, good staff and very near to Kota Bharu City Centre

location beside to main road so very noisy. windows not soundproof. in the midnight, can hear car & motor ramping loudly like racing. besides hotel is KB mall can walk less than 1mins, crossing road walking less than 5mins, have sogno coffee & Roti golok original walking distance around 6mins.

Travelled with my parent and the room a little small but value for money. The room cleanliness was off since slightly dust nearby to the window and yet with a used cotton buds. Washroom need some maintenance as its look old especially the tiles in between has dirt. Overall good with the value paying for a night.

Overall, the room was good, but the wardrobe had a musty smell that bothered me while sleeping. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear snoring from the next room. 😂 The cleanliness could use some improvement; the towels weren't new and looked like they'd been used for years. 😂 They really should replace them; new ones can't be that expensive.

Okay not bad... It's one that has single room. Surprising for a hotel built beside Chinatown, instead of making use of this to build Chinese style hotel it's actually more traditional malay style. Would be better if the Penang laksa is less salty, it's 60% close but can be better.

24 hours pre-informed check-in, nicest and friendly staffs, they have a really big living room and pantry ! Very convenient parking space, although limited. Good room setting for a very cheap price to pay. There was WiFi, but no TV. Air cond is available. Quite clean. The owner provided limited free meals, it was not on the bill, it was on the house. Good hospitality. The booking platform had mistakes on stating the price. It was not agreed by the owner. End up paying RM20 more but I was totally OK.

I liked the big room which was very comfortable. It is quite an old property but for the price of RM57, it was really good value. I will stay here again if I come back to Kota Bahru
