Everything is so bad. I regret staying here. You can get a hotel room in a better location for the same price. This hostel should pay you to stay here

Not easy to have capsule hotel in Malaysia. Not bad experience here. But men more recommended

Parking is available, but spaces are limited. There was a strange odor upon entering the room, so I had to open the windows to air it out. The carpet felt a bit sticky, and there were no disposable slippers or toothbrushes provided. :(

I enjoyed my stay at Riccarton Capsule. A KL friend warned me that dormitory-style hotels might not be safe, but honestly I was more worried about my belongings than about myself. The online listing showed lockers, but when I arrived there were none, so I had to carry all my things up to my upper-deck capsule. This might not be ideal for elderly guests, people with physical limitations, or anyone travelling with large luggage.
Other than that, I really liked how peaceful the place was—no noise, no unpleasant smells and it's safe for solo female travellers. The aircon was super cold, and the capsule itself was very convenient, with useful buttons like door lock/unlock, night reading light, and adjustable aircon intensity. The toilets were also quite clean. The pillow is a little flat so it's good if you've a cushion which can stack it for comfort.
There is a rooftop where you can chill and look at views.
Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend it for younger travellers or those who don’t mind climbing in and out of a top bunk. If you dislike climbing, this might not be for you.

It is near the busy road and when night always caused traffic jam! Recently maybe drive through system upgrade, now drive through service very bad.

Right now they are closing the drive-thru service due to DBKL's instruction which causing traffic congestion. Surely it wil be a quiet place.

Always full of people. If you want privacy while eating this is not the place. People tend to speak loud. Not advisable to have drive thru during prime time, the queue create traffic jam though the lane is already being added. Good for motorist I guest to dine in. Parking for cars also limited.

Their drive thru system has been shut down by DBKL due to congestion so they're currently doing a "manual drive thru" where only a maximum 3 cars are allowed to park at a designated area to make their orders, through a staff and only pick up the orders at the usual drive thru window.
Not sure what makes them think that the current system is better than the one before. It is so much worse and it still causes congestion.
PS: Always check your orders before driving away. Luckily I checked mine as there were missing orders.

Burger tasts ok. Fries absolutely trash, made hours ago, still selling, hilarious.
It is understandable how frequent they have to fry the new fries for every order. However, Burger King keeps their fries edible, not like McD, the fries are not edible at all.
